Close to town and RMNP. A little close to the road that you can hear traffic but not terrible. Easy check-in/out. Very clean. Would be great for those not spending much time indoors. It is an awkward layout and felt a little cramped. We had snow and cold temperatures so we were there quite a bit and although it advertises 3, I would not say more than 2 would be comfortable. Baseboard heat- one was blocked by furniture and our room was cold. The windows by the bed felt drafty. Working wood fireplace but needs maintenence. Jetted tub worked well. Small and slightly awkward bathroom. We would stay at Sunnyside again, but not this particular room.

The first night was awful, heat did not work properly. We called the emergency number and the so called maintenance man that came was no help at all. So we spent the night bundled up and cold Called office 1st thing in the morning and they did put us in the unit next to our original one and it was nice. The door had about 1/2 gap but the same maintenance guy came and fixed it, kind of, it helped still had to put a towel down and needed weather stripping around the door so we stuffed paper there to help with the draft around the door. Windows were drafty. Then had problems with the TV but was able to get it fixed.

It was a great time. We will stay again.

Room was exactly what we expected.

As expected, was a nice place. Only issue was there was a member of our group with dog/cat allergies and had issues with pet hair/pollen.

The suite was small, but nice. The bed was great! Wonderful place to stay when in the area. :)

Convenient location to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Property manager was really responsive to our messages and main bed was very comfortable.

Great spot to hit the Fall River entrance of RMNP.

Definitely great for a launching pad. About 5 minutes from the town and ideal for a single person who just wants to head home and veg out after running around all day.

Lovely little spot that is convenient to everything in Estes and close to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. It's very comfortably furnished, has a wood-burning fireplace and a big comfy bed. Absolutely loved our short stay there and will definitely be booking again when in the area.

Room was adequate. A bit dated and musty. Host was responsive to our needs.

The property was right down the road from Estes Park, which is where the wedding I attended was. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay there again if I'm ever back in town. best, Chris

Property was easy to enter. Small,clean and efficient

Great location, you can walk to a restaurant/bar down the street, you could walk to town in 20 minutes and it is a dog friendly area.

Unfortunately the exit was blocked off due to construction so getting in and out was a pain.

We liked everything except that the office to get more firewood or such isn’t on site. So you have to drive to the office if you need something. Fortunately we ended up getting firewood in town so we didn’t end up going to the office. They accommodated our later check out. Responsive via phone.

Older peoperty but clean and near natiinal park entrance and Estes Park. Fire place was nice. Took a long time for the water to get hot but plenty of it.

We enjoyed our stay in Estes Park. We stayed Sun-Tues and hardly anyone around so it was nice and quiet at the property. Bed was big and comfortable.

This was perfect for a weekend getaway with my spouse and dog. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed the fire place. RMNP is very close. No wine glasses, just disposable coffee cups which worked ok for wine 😀

Wonderful stay, hope there’s snow next visit

I rented a room at Sunnyside knoll for 3 days while I was in town for a no sleep podcast event and my room was adorable, cozy, the tub is huge, the area is beautiful and it's located 1 mile from downtown. It was an amazing stay in an excellent location

We stayed in cabin #2 with our dogs. What a cozy, perfect place for us! We loved having the fireplace…picked up some firewood at the main office and enjoyed the chilly night. The bed was super comfy and all amenities worked as they should. Very pleased with our stay and will be back!

My 2 year old son and I stayed here and it was perfect for the weekend. The bed was very comfy, the sheets/blankets/comforter were soft! The bath towels were thick and quality towels. The only issue was that the pipes made a LOT of noise at night and my son and I did not sleep well at all because the pipes were so loud. There was a constant sound of water dripping onto metal, as well as the pipes creaking and groaning all night. It was terrible. Because of that, I would hesitate staying there again. Sleep is important, especially for my son, and we didn't get a lot of that here.
