Great location. close to everything.

We felt like home! The house is amazing, very cozy. Also, the city is friendly and lots to do. I strongly recommend! Neil was a 5-star host!

In town for a cheer competition and needing a roomy space not too far from the convention center. Very clean space and great location. Host was very quick in responses. There’s a master suite with bathroom both upstairs and downstairs so it was great for our stay as we had 2 different families and felt we all got our own privacy with plenty of room to hangout in the living space and kitchen. Bigger kids enjoyed the game room and bunks. Great for convenience overall

We had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and there was room for everyone to sit downstairs with the table and sofas. The only con is you hear the plumbing through the walls so everyone knows when you went the bathroom. It also carry’s voices (echos); wish there was more insulation. Neil as quick to respond and everything was as expected. Close to Dollywood.

We had a fantastic time at the Grey Darling. Location was great! Heading home from Dollywood was perfect as we avoided all the traffic getting out :). We had 7 kids ranging from 7 months to 6 years old and 5 adults. The setup was perfect for us. We had immediate responses to a couple of questions/needs. Wonderful stay!

The location for this cabin is excellent for proximity to Dollywood. Super clean. Know that there is a $400 hold placed on your card for a security deposit that wasn’t mentioned in the VRBO listing. Also there are no amenities for the amenity fee that’s charged, possibly there will be in the future. Note that there is really no outdoor area if you want to be able to sit outside, this wasn’t an issue for us as we mainly came to go to Dollywood. Overall we had a great stay, easy to get around on back roads with no traffic is a big plus. Restaurants nearby that are easy to get to as well.

The house was perfect for our large family! Beds were comfortable, large dining table, plenty of bathrooms…the property owner made contact a few times checking on us and was very pleasant.

My family and I absolutely loved this place! It had so much space, it was very clean and the host had excellent communication. The location is great! It’s literally close to EVERYTHING (dining, shopping & entertainment) We will definitely be staying here again! :)

Even with the very cold temperatures, we had the most wonderful family time together! The cabin is beautiful! Our teens enjoyed the hot tub and game room. Sports fans were able to watch Basketball March Madness games in marathon fashion! And the 2-year old twins loved that there were still some cabins up the hill under construction…excavators and dump trucks! The property was conveniently located close to the grocery store and all entertainment and shopping venues. We had a wonderful weekend!

The Grey Darling cabin is a nice large cabin for family gatherings. There is plenty of room for everyone and the kids loved the game room. The hot tub was a nice place to relax after a long day of shopping and fun. The adults enjoyed the many entertainment, shopping and dining options available throughout the area. The location of the Grey Darling is excellent for being out of the way of the busy Parkway, but close to all of the amenities this area has to offer. We will definitely plan another family gathering with this VRBO.

The Grey Darling is a sure choice when looking for your next TN cabin vacation. The home was very clean!! We loved the open floor plan, great for families. Neil was on top of everything, quick to respond to any questions. Easy access location to the major attractions as well. We would definitely stay again.

Staying at the Grey Darling turned out to be really lovely even though it was not our original plan. We had to switch locations at the very last minute because of our pooch who was terrified of coming down stairs. The main part of this home is on a ground level so it worked perfectly. Neil could not have been more accommodating and we were able to get in immediately. This home is adequately appointed with everything you could need and is in close proximity to everything. A short walk down the main road took us to the greenway which was perfect for walking our dog as well. Easy access to all of pigeon forge and Seiverville without feeling like you were in the middle of it all. It was fairly quiet but we were there after peak. The beds were extremely comfortable and the sheets were oh so soft. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools needed if you preferred cooking at home. We even met Neil who popped in to check on us. All in all it was pretty perfect.

Close to Pigeon Forge and we avoided a lot of traffic by staying here. Hot tub and game room was a nice addition to the cabin. Had plenty of bedrooms and space for us. In our party we had 4 adult women and 3 eighteen year old girls and a eighteen year old boy and a seventeen year old boy. Had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Cute place to stay for a family getaway. Location in the middle of everything fun to do during your stay. Neil often checks in on your stay and is quick to answer messages. will definitely book this place again in the future.

Great house in a great location! Not too far from anything but not too close to the congestion. Super clean house, like new condition. Definitely would return should we make a return trip to the area.

Great place to stay

Our impromptu stay for my fiancé & I was great! We literally booked the night before and trip was seamless. Home was so clean and felt so much like home with plenty of space for our 2 dogs to run around and chase each other without getting in our way. Kitchen is equipped with everything. We only had to buy a huge pot because we from Louisiana and wanted to do a seafood boil. Just remember to bring your own seasonings (which we always do) because we didn’t see any during our stay. It’s definitely that cabin feel without being in a small, creepy cabin for a lack of a better phrase (but y’all know what I’m talking about). Although, we stayed mostly outdoors we came home to comfort each night. Beds are so comfortable, one nap turned into me only waking up the next morning. From experience it’s always better to book your river rafting 1st and book all other events around that. That will be about a 47 mins drive away and take up much of the day. Call ahead prior to arrival so you can go on your desire date. Attractions: pigeon island, river rat rafting, bluff mountains adventure ATV, also mountain coasters.
