There wasn’t much to love. Perhaps the layout.

We had 6 adults and two kids during our stay and could have slept more and still had plenty of space. The sleeping arrangements work well for multiple families to have privacy and enough private sleeping and restroom space. There were two beds/1 bath upstairs, 1 bed/2 bath main floor, and 2 beds/2 baths downstairs so it allowed for nice separation so we didn’t have to worry about waking people up if you wake up early or go to bed early.
Our favorite part, the basement by far! The comfort of the couches and the entertainment things available made it for a memorable time!
Very clean and the directions to get there are very clear!

The house is very warm and cozy. We had 5 couples there and we had plenty of space! Comfy furniture, lots of games and all the amenities of home. We will certainly think about coming back!

We had an amazing time at this lodge! For our first extended family vacation-this lodge was perfect to give everyone enough space to relax and enjoy the Black Hills. Recommend AWD or a vehicle that can handle terrain to get up the driveway.

We had 4 families and everyone fit perfectly! The cabin is gorgeous and they were so helpful. Let us in early and out late! Will be back for sure!

We enjoyed the beautiful lodge in an idyllic setting everything was perfect.
Unfortunately we had to suffer the smell of sewage from the neighbouring lodge whose septic tank appeared to be overflowing on a regular basis during the week

Great Cabin, great location, great view. Just a bit on the not so clean side. There were messy floors, especially in the bathrooms, we did a load of sheets as one of the beds didn't look clean, hot tub had a bunch of hard scale type material in it although one couple used it still. Everything would have been perfect if it would have been cleaner. Housekeepers were there when we arrived. We were not checking in early either, we were late getting to the cabin and the cleaners were still onsite. Not complaining a bit, we enjoyed ourselves very much. we just wish it would have been properly cleaned before we arrived.
