Place was amazing!! Spacious and very accommodating. Owners provided a welcome gift as well as supplying amenities such as chips, coffee, tea and candy as well as personal items such as toothbrush, toothpaste and mouthwash. All the ski resorts were close by, nearest ones less than 20 minutes away. The hot tub was a perfect ending to a day on the slopes and then having a ping pong table in the heated garage was an added bonus. Overall an amazing place to stay while exploring Utah and all it has to over. Will definitely want to come back. Ariel

Came to Sandy, UT for a ski trip to Snowbird and Solitude and couldn’t have found a better spot. The place was very nice, the hot tub after skiing was perfect, and the boot warmers were a hidden gem. The location of the house for reaching the resorts was perfectly situated between the canyons. Would definitely recommend this spot.

Wow! This house was amazing! The owners have thought of everything plus more to make you feel welcome, comfortable and taken care of! We could focus on having fun with our kids and not sweat the small stuff because they had it covered. The view of the mountains right from the living room couch was breathtaking! I didn’t want to leave!

This host knows how to do VRBO, from bath robes to a well stocked kitchen to a wonderful welcome basket filled with goodies. ( home made christmas cookies to boot) All beds were very comfortable. Spacious rooms for 2 families. My son in law who likes to cook said that the kitchen was top notch. First class hot tub was a plus. In a very quiet neighborhood with lovely homes. Location was great for our activities of skiing and snow shoeing.

The amenities were fantastic including surprise treats and beverages, a welcoming sight upon arrival. Great communication. Fully stocked kitchen. The owner noticed internet issues and had it resolved before our arrival. Very comfortable beds. Very clean and we enjoyed the always on hot tub in the snow (thanks to the gazebo). Pacman and games downstairs and heated garage!. Close to everything. Book without hesitation.

My family had a wonderful time just hanging out at this beautiful home! Lara and Randy go above and beyond to make everything is taken care of if you have any issues or questions. This is one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed at! We loved sitting in the hot tub after a long hike,run or bike ride.

I rarely write reviews online, but this vacation home was truly exceptional. Alta Canyon Retreat is the cleanest, most well-appointed house we've ever rented. Located in a charming, quiet neighborhood this home is nicely set back from the street, offering both privacy and a gorgeous view of the mountains. The interior looks newly renovated, contemporary, and stocked with every appliance and convenience you would ever need. The house is beautifully furnished throughout, and the spacious basement, garage and backyard make it feel extra roomy and comfortable. The owners are very thoughtful, friendly, and easy to contact. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Upon our arrival there was an amazing welcome basket filled with a wonderful assortment of food and snacks, plus a surprise charcuterie board and bottle of wine in the fridge. Everything about this house exceeded our expectations and we felt lucky to have discovered such a treasure. It truly is a retreat location and we would recommend it in a heartbeat.

This has been one of the best VRBOs we have stayed at!! We had such a great time! The location is awesome! It is in a quiet neighborhood and also so close to the mountains (ski resorts) and downtown. It was so CLEAN! It has so many amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with so much. There were even baskets with things in case you forgot (like a toothbrush my daughter forgot to bring!). We felt so comfortable staying there. The beds were comfy and there was a TV in each room. We cannot wait to come back. Lara was an awesome host and so communicative. 5 Stars for sure!!
