We love visiting Sandusky and what there is to do around there. Downtown is key location to all of our favorite places.

Property was clean and there were so many thoughtful things above and beyond many VBRO-coffee creamer makeup wipes mouthwash laundry soap. Cleaning supplies Kleenex toilet paper Everything you would normally have to buy when u get here. We had a pleasant stay for sure.

Perfect apartment for a weekend getaway! We loved the roller coaster theme! Plenty of space and a comfortable master bed.

This is not a kid friendly apartment like Mimi says -- actually, it isn't even safe for adults. We ended up leaving the property after being checked in for an hour -- the lock to the actual building was missing, my mom and I were followed to our door by men who seemed be drug addicts, the smell of marijuana in the whole building was so strong. Mimi stopped answering my messages once I asked for a refund because of this extremely UNSAFE environment. Our noses were burning from the chemicals used to clean the apartment -- so strong that we had headaches for a few hours and my kids clothes smelled like weed and chemicals for a few hours and we didn't even stay there for more than an hour. Do NOT book this place - it is deceiving and dangerous.

The property manager Mimi provided outstanding communication. The property space was amazing and the master massage chair was an unexpected added bonus.

Our entire experience was amazing. Mimi was easy to contact if anything was needed. The place was gorgeous and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and we absolutely loved the pillows. You could hear the neighbors above you at times but that is to be expected when staying in an apartment. Mimi was very organized and provided multiple tips or advice for our stay. Highly recommend this stay!

This place exceeded my expectations. With 4 people, we had more than enough space to sleep and hang out. There was even complentary coffee, which has not usually been the case in my past experiences. The place was very clean and had just about everything you needed! I love that they also had Uno and some playing cards, and a tv in every room!

We could not have enjoyed ourselves more! Spacious, super clean, updated rental. Within walking distance to everything downtown. Had a great time, we will be back.

Dont get scammed like we did!!!! Pictures are NOTHING like the actual apt. You will notice there are no outside pics of front or back of building. Building itself looks dilapidated. Was impressed by reviews and pics so we booked for one night (due to cedar point resort not available last night). When we drove up we actually thought we had wrong address….its in a bad location and the building is old and rundown. We decided to at least take a peek inside and quickly walked out as it smelled like body odor and we didnt feel safe staying there. Immediately contacted owner about how disappointed never even asked for refund however owner told us we were just trying to get a refund. There was no way we were staying there and really wonder how they get 5 reviews?!?! We are very familiar with this area as we vacay here all the time…was thinking jt was like the nice apts downtown that are close to water. Hoping to warn others otherwise you will be disappointed and owners will still charge you.

Our family stayed here over our fall break to visit Cedar Point for their Halloween weekends. This apartment was wonderful. The boys had separate bedrooms and we had everything we needed. Mimi is a great host and is very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay here. So much room with ample beds for everyone. Roller coaster theme was so cute. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

In walking distance to a beautiful water front that is dog on friendly. . Very convenient if going to Cedar Point. Mimi’s follow up to ensure things met our needs was excellent. Very clean property. Plenty of places to walk our dog.

The drive to the apartment complex was a pleasant one and it’s located in a nice area. The roller coaster theme was really cool and my whole family was impressed! The place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Prefect perfect perfect! Great and easy communication with host.
