Excellent, owner happy to help to pre heat hot tub. It was clean and tidy upon arrival. We were 2 adults and an infant. We took our own travel cot and there was ample space for us. Secluded location which ment little one could play whilst we relaxed a little. Cute little park onsite, thats a tad overgrown but adds to the charm. All round location is great for cheddar gorge, Wells and even weston super mare.lovely stay.

The whole place was spotless. We stayed in The Charm Inn. For a little place, the temperature was always spot on, which teally surprised us as it was very hot outside. Hot tub clean (Adelle heated it for us for when we arrived). Kitchen was fitted out with all utensils etc. Adelle also left us a lovely cake and strawberries. Bed comfy. Near to Glastonbury, Wells, Cheddar Gorge. We will definitely go back. Thank u Adelle xx

The privacy of the location was great with a very nice settings. Very quiet relaxing area. The hot tub is great and easy to set up the fire. The accommodation was small but very cosy and perfect for a couple with a small dog. Built in Bluetooth speakers and smart tv was nice touch. The bed was very comfy and had nice small en-suite bathroom with a good sized shower. The sofa could be made into sofa bed also. The grass around the property over the top of the hobbit house was over grown which our dog loved but we did lose him into the next door property as there is no fence surrounding the top of the house. I think the outside area could do with tidying up a bit with a fence to stop dogs running over between the 2 joining properties. Overall was a brilliant stay, communication was brilliant with very good customer service. Kindly had bottle of Prosecco, small cake and strawberries on arrival as was day after we got married. Location was good, had good cafe/bistro on site weds-Sunday, and was driving distance to bath, wells, Bristol and the coast. Would recommend as nice quiet staycation.

This was a fantastic place and location. The accommodation was superb, well equipped, spotless inside and out. Hot tub was lovely, clean and a real bonus.

We spend three nights there, we love it we will be back definitely. If someone looking for quiet place to stay, I will recommend this

The location was perfect for getting out and exploring , excellent that my dog could come along too . The fact you have your own little garden space out front is brilliant and had some lovely sunsets sat in the garden . And all enclosed and private , everything you need for your stay inside . The path to the house was lit for nighttime which was great as it’s around the back a bit , And the kids loved the little play area and hobbit house that we didn’t even know it had so that was a lovely added bonus , The hot tub was lit on arrival and checked each day by the host to make sure all chemicals right etc. good communications between us and the host and simple instructions to follow on both check in and check out ! Great Stay .

Lovely stay, just enough space for a family of four with younger kids, if they’re happy to share the sofa bed. Great to unwind in the hot tub after lots of walking! Only a short drive into Wells. Many thanks!
