House was very close to theme parks and to many restaurants. The pool made for a great activity afterwards to unwind from the day. Our children enjoyed the different themed rooms and the game room as well.

We were a group of 12 (including teens and younger children), and we all loved this home! We spent a lot of time in the pool and spa. The home is clean, quiet, well decorated, and the beds are comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! The property owner and also the management company were great to work with—both were quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere that has it all!

The house was great! Close to Disney parks, as well as several restaurants and stores, including Walmart. The pool area with the movie screen, TV, and bar is amazing, as well as the game room! The living areas and bedrooms were great as well. If I had one comment to make on the property, it would be that the kitchen cookware could be a little more updated. There were no baking sheets, and if you were going to do a fair amount of cooking, you may want to bring some basic utensils, etc. from home.

Three generations of family stayed at this wonderful house that is convenient to both Universal and Disney. WalMart and restaurants are nearby. House is large enough for everyone to have privacy when they want it. Hot tub and pool was a welcome treat after a long day at the parks. The teens enjoyed the Star Wars themed game rooom. I found the beds to be comfortable. Would stay here again.

Upon arrival, other than a long line, check in was simple. Door code worked perfectly. House was perfect for what we needed. Pool heat & lights weren’t working & it was fixed promptly with no issues. The only suggestion I could make is for an instruction book for all the cool stuff they have available. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation…even with the rainy weather!

We picked this property for a bachelorette celebration for my daughter. It was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do during our trip and is conveniently located near Walt Disney World. The property manager was responsive any time we had a question or concern.

Our stay was only 4 days, we were mostly there for WDW and enjoyed the convenience for an off property location where you could leave the park and take a break at the house to cool off and what not. The amenities are great, the poolside screen had me a tiny bit confused but once I had it explained it was simple. The only drawback is, you need your own Netflix account. It was signed out on the Roku. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. It was a great experience and I won’t hesitate to reserve again.

We had a great stay at your property! We had a few minor service calls and Maintence was there right away. We loved the outdoor area and spent 90% of the time in the pool area. We loved watching movies each night outside and in the pool!

It was just as advertised! Owner let us stay an extra day last minute. Close to basic stores and quick drive to Disney. Pretty good walk to clubhouse, but beautiful property with great theming. Wonderful stay!

BEST stay I’ve booked! The kids loved it but I think I loved it more than they did. My 3yr old thought it was our “ new home “. MUST BOOK!

The Windsor Hills location is great for driving to the Disney parks/Disney Springs. The renovations/upgrades done to the house were great! The house was very clean. The pool table and game room were great for our teenagers. It took us a while to get used to pushing the security button every time we exited the house to go to the pool/lanai, but that is a great feature to have if there are young kids in the house (which we don't have). We would definitely stay here again!

One of the best I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Clean and well stocked. Owners have gone above and beyond making this home a great place to stay.

House was great! It was very clean and plenty of room. Grandkids loved the game room and the pool was a hit with everyone after a long day at the parks. Very quick response from management when reporting an issue. Would definitely stay here again!!

The overall stay was absolutely wonderful. However, I paid additional cost for the heated pool and hot tub. The jets never worked in the hot tub and the pool never got heated. I called the office on Thursday and Friday, both days they were sending someone out. No one ever arrived. It was very disappointing to see our neighbors hot tub and pool working properly.

Nice home. Decorated very charming. could have used more garbage bags, toilet paper, and dishwasher detergent. The starter amount was very scant considering the cost of the home. Community pool was nice and fun but not enough chairs.

14 people ( 6 kids) going to Disney over Christmas. This Vrbo matched their pictures and was an awesome spot to rewind!! The game room alone was an oasis for the kids and the pool and hot tub were icing on the cake. It was super clean with double washer and dryers! The location was really close to the parks. I did Walmart .+ delivery 4 times and that made a huge difference in stress level ( and wasted time). I would stay here again.

Checkin was great, had starter supplies so that was helpful. Any questions / issues that came up were answered / resolved quickly. Kids lived the pool !! We loved having two washer and dryers, very helpful with our group.

This place was so nice the kids loved to game room and swimming pool! It was nice having the kids enjoy themselves and the adults having some relaxing time. We look forward to booking this again

We took a family vacation to enjoy the theme parks and Disney Springs. Property is very nice inside. Looks just like the pictures so that was a plus. I was happy to see my one year old could roam around without getting hurt. Loved they had the screen around the pool and pool alarm. Made me feel at ease when I was upstairs with my baby and my 5 year old was downstairs with other family members. You can hear when they forgot to push the button literally anywhere in the house. The game room was awesome! The kitchen had everything we needed for taco night! Walmart and other stores very close by in case you need anything. There were some issues with the televisions during our stay but we just did what we could to watch football games using our usernames for apps. The pool and spa was amazing, especially since we had it heated. House is near Disney World and Disney Springs which was nice. Universal is a hike; because of traffic it took around 35mins to get there in the morning and an hour to get home. Traffic is just something you can’t help no matter where you went in my opinion so just plan for a bathroom break before you leave the theme parks. Loved it here!

The house was everything it claimed to be in the pictures, it was absolutely perfect for our family of 8. The house could have been a bit cleaner but it was surface clean and sheets were clean so we were very happy. The check- in process absolutely sucks especially when arriving late as all three of our family groups did, not one of us had an easy or pleasant experience but my sister and brother-in-law had a horrific experience even though they showed the guards the email that clearly confirmed them as guests, it STILL blows my mind all the bizarre issues we had. If it weren’t for them giving us late check out on the day we left I wouldn’t even consider staying again but they somewhat made up for it so we will most likely stay here next time we’re in Disney as long as I’m assured from the property management company that we wouldn’t have the same issues again. The location is perfect, 10 minutes from all Disney parks and a very easy highway drive. Considering how much we paid for a week I think there were more rules then it I’ve ever had at any other vrbo property we’ve ever stayed at but I think they may be the neighborhood association then the owners themselves. It also had zero home essentials, I know most properties say that but I’ve never had to run out the next day to buy toilet paper, laundry soap, etc so be warned. Overall a really good experience

My friends and I have a yearly trip we take to Florida. We've stayed in many rentals over the last 16 years but this property blew all the others outta the water. The check-in was super easy. The gate guards were super helpful on getting us parking passes quickly. I appreciated the timely response from the property manager anytime i had questions. The rest of the group wants to rent the house again next year and use it for upcoming family trips. With all the rentals we've stayed in over the years the pictures rarely match the property but this one was perfect. Comfortable beds, great themed rooms, and an amazing game room. Thanks for everything!

Great place, great manager, fun and clean

From the red and black mickey vibes downstairs to the magical Harry Potter, Frozen and Avengers Rooms this 6 bedroom, 4 bath house was more than accommodating for our family of 10. The pool area was a special treat with it's beautiful pool, hot tub and bar area. The big screen tv made swimming at night even more fun. The location also was phenomenal and the community pool, water park made for extra excitement. Would definitely recommend this place for not only Disney and Harry Potter lovers but anyone just wanting an enchanting vacation.
