Room was lovely and nice shared space with coffee/tea/water

The shared bathrooms and toilets are not clean

Location is near the airport. Suitable for one-night stay if you transit in Puerto Princesa. Other than that, nothing.

Price it too expensive for the room we had. Small and hard bed. Small room. Dirty floor. Dirty toilets and shower.

The bathrooms....2 of 4 toilets were absolutely the worst toilets I have seen during my 6 month trip in Asia. They should have a "sign out of order"...they looked like they have not been cleaned in a year... Insects everywhere and the rest.. just horrible. Other two toilets have no lids. No toilet paper availble. Cockroaches in showers..

We liked the polite and helpful staff, the fact that they made us breakfast at 6.30 because we were leaving at 6.45 - breakfast was meant to begin at 7.30. The bed was firm and comfortable. It was quite near the airport which was why we chose it.

We knew there was a shared bathroom but the facilities were very basic: the shower water was cool although that was refreshing in the heat. The toilet was very low down with no seat. The sink leaked (big leak) from the pipes underneath splashing our feet. The room was small but satisfied our needs for a one night stay There was no top sheet, just a fleece blanket

i guess the location is great

usually I don’t do bad reviews and I try to understand the place and be comprehensive. But they need to check their accommodation for travelers. Is impossible to rest here, you can hear literally everything, people is running around already at 6 am and you can hear every step they take. and it is true that is so close to the airport that the windows shake when an airplane takes off. the mattress is bigger than the base of the bed, quite uncomfortable, the room smells quite bad, probably not their fault tho. and definitely if you have dust allergy is better to avoid it. And the staff at night was not the most friendly, and I’ve been working in hospitality for more than 10 years.

Cosy room and lovely communal space. Free water and coffee was great! The staff is also very accommodating!

It is very close to the airport which we could walk to. Breakfast is nice and lovely staff

the Room is quite small and there is no water for shower when We got there. But the staff could be able provide water in bitter for us.
