Looked nothing like photos

Had two rooms booked but they were 5 mins walk apart in a separate part of resort, well overpriced

一家非常小的旅馆，几乎找不到酒店的地址，就是几个民居凑合的，住宿费用 1900元/晚左右人民币，是我们住过最贵的酒店，没有任何服务，没有任何设施

Locatie is leuk maar daar stopt het.

Het hotel is veel te duur voor wat je krijgt, wij betaalden voor 3 nachten ruim 200 euro. Wij hebben niet de standard kamer genomen omdat ik had gelezen dat deze nog slechter waren. De kamers zelfs zijn relatief klein, er kruipen veel insecten rond, wij hadden bijvoorbeeld een enorm grote spin in de badkamer omdat deze niet afgesloten kon worden door gaten in de muur die als ventilatie horen te dienen. De matrassen zijn erg oud en ze leggen gewoon 2 matrassen op elkaar met een hoes er over zodat je de schimmel niet kan zien. ‘s nachts is er geen ligt als je toekomt dus kom je gewoon in een donkere lobby aan. Samengevat, het is enorm verouderd en veel te duur. Moest deze kamer 20 euro per nacht zijn was dit oké maar nu was het echt ondermaats.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! DO NOT STAY HERE. I checked in and checked out within hours and had to book another hotel. The safe did not work, the staff came and gave me the master key which felt unsafe. The windows in the bedroom were hanging off. The bedding had burn holes in it. The electrics were hazardous and burn marks on them and were covered with sellotape. The bridge to enter the hotel is broken. I have attempted to contact the owner various times for a refund but he will not answer me. This hotel is in such a state of disrepair!!! Do not stay here!

I was in nice room over the beach. Big and well furnished. Even style was cool.

I left the hotel due to location being too difficult for me to navigate huge hills on a bike. I spoke to reception in regards to a refund and was told it was not a problem to cancel on booking.com and get my money refunded . I was lied to by reception. Suddenly they were declining my refund. The hotel stole $400 from me.. Booking.com were pathetic in handling the situation . The only reason I am going near this site right now is to complain and to tell people to book through another site and stay somewhere more reputable.

Positive is only the location.

The bungalows need urgent restauration or better to be demolished and built again. Price is too expensive for what you get

Horrible bungalow. Engine running just below the floor. If you can sleep in 60dB then go for it I guess. Rude owner that would not own up to their employees promises. I returned the keys as soon as I saw the bungalow. Applied for full refund through booking to which the employee said they would accept. I was still eligible to receive 50% back through booking but elected to wait since they said they would accept my request of 100%. Time ran out and instead I lost 100% of the booking amount, even though I did not sleep there for any of my 2 nights that I booked. Got to speak with the manager who were super rude and basically told me to get lost after this happened and that this is their policies. This is probably how they make their money because nobody can sleep in with so much noise in the bungalow.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

a lot a people smoking weed and the place was so awful. small room, the worse experience possible, a small toilet like a ghetto, it’s was so expensive, 100$ per night without nothing even they don’t clean the room, totally unsafe place to say I don’t recommend stay here, very basic and the pictures doesn’t match with the reality at all.

We were lucky to find a room for one night on the same day. The room had everything and the bed was comfortable. The reception and restaurant are beautifully located.

The "garden view bungalow" was a distant to sea location room with car park view on one and a bungalow ruin view on the other side. This was disappointing but, as we stayed one night only, not very disturbing.

The room I had was quiet and clean. It was nicely decorated. It was away from the beach and above the motorcycle shop. It had a nice view of the trees and sea from the front door.

It was overpriced for what it was but it was a busy time

The shower is together with the toilet, the is no boarder…. the bad is not comfortable..

i payed 11.000 B for staying in the parking house with a broken view and noise builders/neighbors. impossible to see anything in the night as there’s no lights at all on the path. broken road.

staff completely ignorant. Ordered in advance taxi and it was 20 min late for my ferry. Reception for this place never works, I first time live in “hotel” where it’s not 24/7 or just many hours. Really weird communication with hotel, hard to find, my location where I lived was different what I expected. wouldn’t recommend it

Loved this place and extended my stay again and again. I think it’s good value for money :)

very old and uncomfortable mattress. no windows just wood, so if you open mosquito can come in (they had mosquito curtains). Very loud you could hear next room talks so loud. staff didn't care about guests. just rent a room and no service or feeling of being welcomed at all. price does not suit conditions.

Staff are so rude They use the marketing from the neighbouring hotel to compensate for a dire place Whole place is dire, requested for a handyman during my holiday time / rest time Front Door wouldn't lock lack of security Bathroom toilet was broken Damp everywhere Back breaking stair climb that drips sewage on your head (free murky waterpark) The drain is a whole in the corner, so it floods with your own shower water Claims Air Conditioning but it's actually a loud clicky fan that steals your sleep whilst Vitaly steals your money Vitaly the owner is the most obnoxious beast. Hides behind his staff. Thinks he's a big man, but a bully. He makes up fake reviews to boost his ratings but feels like he's boosting his own ego. Thinks he has a great place but the service you get for paying these extortionate prices is holiday destroying

Thailand is a beautiful country, not this horrible hole the shower doesn’t work. The place was falling down. I paid £202 bar no Aircon totally right now don’t go here because you’ll have the same experience don’t do it

The whole treehouse and one or I’m disabled, and they expect me to rock climb to get there I when we got there in the world safe and they need to be pulled down. It’s horrible

Place have a very unique location and amazing oceanview. Staff are really nice and lovely!

Cleaning could be better, but not a big issue.
