Had a great weekend at this property! Everything was very clean and pretty private with it's own little yard. We had everything we needed. And the microwave popcorn was a welcome treat. We had a wonderful weekend wine tasting with friends. Would stay here again!

With great access to the Solvang downtown, this gem of a place was well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. We particularly enjoyed the holiday vibe during Thanksgiving & night sky full of stars which was truly incredible! The GPS announces the address on the opposite side of the road for some reason, which confused us locating the house at first (the green board is not too visible in the dark). But with some prompt communication & guidance from Ericka & her husband , we quickly found the entrance which was super helpful. All in all, highly recommend Ericka’s place and would love to visit again some day. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The property was clean, easily accessible, and central to the areas amenities. The area was quiet and we liked the rooster wake up call in the morning. The room was well appointed with kitchen, laundry, and pull out sofa. We look forward to coming back in the future. Highly recommend this property. Thank you for the hospitality.
