My elderly parents and I had to be in town for a family wedding and we prefer to have a house to stay in where we can enjoy a slower pace with at least breakfast and lunch made ourselves so we can talk and enjoy time together. For our needs this house was perfect. Plenty of space for everybody, comfortable beds (we all enjoy a firm mattress, which these were), and it was spotless. The location was convenient as my sister lives in La Verne, and the price was significantly better than having to book multiple rooms in a hotel. The neighborhood is pretty vanilla but my father 92-year-old father enjoyed walking up and down the street just to look around. The parking was secure and easy. We had a little trouble with the internet but Jeff was quick to respond and took care of it. All in all, this was exactly what we were looking for and it was a great stay all around.

Clean and well upgraded. Worked very well for me and my family. One issue we had was that although the kitchen had pots and pans, it didn't have any baking sheets or casserole dishes for heating or cooking food in the oven. One other minor inconvenience was that there was a note requesting we not wear shoes inside, which would have been nice to have in the listing and known prior to arrival.

We had the pleasure of staying here while in town for our college reunion. The home was absolutely spotless with a lot of great, modern amenities. The mattresses were a little hard but honestly we all got a great night’s sleep and we woke up raving about how great the pillows were! Lovely backyard area and in a cute, quiet neighborhood. Appreciated having coded entry instead of worrying about keys. It was perfect for our trip!

This was a fantastic place for our short stay in southern California. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it was a short drive to many restaurants and amenities. The location was also perfect for our drives to Orange County as well as West Covina.

Suggest improved instructions for garage access as it is located off any "alley" way behind the house.

This home was perfect for extra family staying for the holidays. It was clean, well-stocked, and close to shopping and restaurants.

Kitchen was not well equipped compared to other rentals. There were not enough pots and pans to cook for a family of 5. Most disturbing were the cockroaches. While there were not many of them, one is more than enough. Jeff was kind enough to offer to have an exterminator come and spray the place, but who really wants that while they're staying somewhere?

We were celebrating on graduation weekend. Enjoyed gathering with family for a special occasion with room for everyone to enjoy. Place is clean; host is extremely responsive; instructions are clear. We felt very at home and would definitely stay again if traveling to the area. Large kitchen area made it nice to bring in a family dinner. Many thanks to our outstanding host!

My husband and I rented this home for parent's weekend at Pomona College. It is a nicely updated home in a quiet neighborhood. Very impressed by the cleanliness of the home and the attention to detail. Hope to be back!

Jeff was extremely accommodating to our situation and needs. He was a great host. The property sits in a super cute nice neighborhood with anything you need very close by. Target, Aldi, and plenty of restaurants and quick bites too. The house is very clean, nicely decorated but still comfortable and very well maintained. There was plenty of space inside, stocked kitchen, nice backyard and gated parking. We would most definitely stay here again. Thanks again Jeff for the hospitality!

My family rented this home (Oct 2-8) to explore the Los Angeles area. We live in Arizona and visiting Los Angeles provided plenty of activities and sights to see. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had concerning the home. The inside of the home had a very modern interior throughout the home and very clean. The next time we visit LA, I would definitely consider staying at this home again.

We rented this house to attend a wedding at Wedgewood La Verne and it was perfect! Beautifully renovated and very comfortable. It was very close to the venue and a lot of good restaurants and grocery stores. We also loved the gated garage/driveway for parking our vehicle. Great home, would highly recommend.

The house rental served our needs just fine. Definitely better than a hotel - nice kitchen - and great having our own bedrooms. If there had been a luggage rack in the bedrooms that would have been even better - but all worked out fine.

A perfect property for dropping my daughter off at Scripps College. Close by to Claremont and in a lovely neighborhood. Also used the property as a launching point for day trips to LA, into the mountains and desert.
