The property was located near a major highway and had easy access to area shopping.

This property was everything it claimed to be in the best ways possible. Clean, well situated, welcoming and comfortable. Fernando was very responsive when I had difficulties with the reservation platform (absolutely no fault of his, I was used to a different platform). There were lots of little touches to make our arrival pleasant. Note that if there are more than two people staying, dining in might require creativity because there is no dining table, but it was very comfortable for two of us.

Great place to stay while visiting our boys over mom’s weekend. Perfect location and very comfortable beds. Slept like being in a hotel.

I have been traveling to Lawrence every month since September and I can confidently say that I’ve found my temporary home base! The property was perfect. The pictures online were extremely accurate, they almost didn’t do the place justice. It’s fully equipped with anything you could think you would need and Fernando was always super fast to respond to any questions I had. Check in and check out were seamless and the location was great. I look forward to being back soon!

My high school senior son and I stayed for the weekend. Perfect location. Great communication with host. Apartment was clean and comfortable.

Let’s start with the Pros: LOCATION, LOCATION & LOCATION. You can walk to Mass St in about 4 mins. Parking is also easy. Keyless entry is great. It was a bit loud but that’s to be expected for being near downtown. The beds were comfy! Full kitchen & washer dryer. The cons: the floors were SO disgusting. It probably hadn’t been mopped in months. I had my 2 children and within 5 mins of being there & them playing their hand & knees were BLACK. There was no mop but I did attempt to try to clean myself. It was FILTHY. One wipe with a white paper towel was black. All our white socks from the trip I threw away. THIS PLACE NEEDS A GOOD STEAM MOP ASAP!!!! The other disappointing thing was it states there is a pack n play but there was not. I clearly put in my info when booking that I was bringing my infant. Nothing like a full day of air travel to arrive at 8pm with no bed for the baby. Good thing we have friends in town so we were able to borrow one but defintelty needs to be taken out of the ad there is one if there indeed isn’t. Not sure we will be back based on how dirty I felt staying here sadly…. Because the place is charming & like I said great location. And price was very fair.

We stayed 1 quick night for a college visit for our 2 sons. The location was perfect, we could have walked to dinner, but it was downpouring. The apartment was updated and very comfortable! I would definitely stay there again!

Place was comfortable and spotless. Looks just like the photos. I *can* say that the air conditioning works well--as it was 113 degrees outside during our stay, but the apartment maintained a comfortable indoor coolness.

This is a great little apartment in Lawrence. It was clean, well appointed and comfortable. It's very close to Mass street and KU. But know that, like most places, it is down the hill from the KU campus so while walking there would be close, it is also up a steep hill. It is so close though that the drive is just a few minutes. We would definitely stay there again and likely will when we visit our daughter at KU.

Nicely put together. A dining table would have been nice. Also, I'm a smoker and there was no place designated outside with a chair or bench or ashtray. Would stay again though.

Property was impeccable! Everything was set up so nicely and all little touches were so welcoming. From the welcome note to the toiletries… the guests are definitely their top priority. The location was just a few blocks from fabulous restaurants and wonderful shops. Would definitely recommend it!

Stayed a few nights for a concert. The location is perfect for walking around Mass. I loved the modern decor of the apartment, cleanliness, & ease of communicating with the host. Will stay again next time I need a getaway to Lawrence. Thanks Fernando!
