Good location, pretty clean liked the palapa view was excellent. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable other than the pillows
The pool filtration only ran for a few hours for the whole 6 days we were there. While there we didn’t see anyone in the pool. The lounge chairs had no cushions and old so not comfortable. Walked across shallow end while waiting to get checked in and got bit up by something. The towels were ruff and felt like sandpaper because they were air dried instead of using dryer and they were on a line hanging in the palapa. The furniture in the palapa was old and no cushions and very uncomfortable.

Lovely spacious room and great location for beach and nearby restaurants. It was very clean (they cleaned the room every day) and we always felt safe and secure. They put us in touch with a contact who organised all our nature tours.
There is nothing bad really, just nothing exceptional. The contact before was very automated which I found difficult. It would be nice to have some coffee for the machine.

The pool was so refreshing and the hotel is right across the street from many restaurants and beach access.

The location is good to explore this side of Puerto Escondido and the nearby beaches. Plenty of options of good restaurants as well!
Unfortunately our room was not just old-fashioned, but really old with a few odd looking stains at some of the walls. Additionally our AC smelled a bit weird so we ended up just using the fans. We saw some rooms which looked newer, but watch out if you are on the ground floor like us. We would not recommend it based on our experience.

perfect location. basic but spacious and has everything needed. great terrace. good value for money. good shower and hot/cold water.

This place is a little bargain gem! perfectly located in Rinconada, less than five minutes to Carrazalillo beach and the bars and restaurants nearby. Great little apartment with good kitchen facilities, and a really nice shaded pool perfect for cooling off in the heat of the day. Eugenia who prepared and cleaned our rooms during the week was so friendly, helpful and polite!

it's a really good and comfortable room, the kitchen is also pretty good, WIFI was pretty slow in the day time for some reason, I would've of stayed more if they didn't triple the price.

Excellent location for the best beaches, moments from tourist friendly restaurants, wi-fi was okay and quiet !

the location was great, close to Carrizalillo beach and right in front of a street with restaurants and shops.
the room was big and it was handy to have a kitchen with fridge.
the staff let us hang out in the pool area after our check out until we left to catch our transport.
the room was a little smelly when we just checked in. the smell was gone when we came back at the end of the day.
the room is a outdated and not too well maintained, mainly the bathroom including the towels. this gave a feeling of it being a little dirty.
the ground floor leading to the pool can get noisy from people walking in the hall but also from the noises from the street. we were not too bothered about this but is good to know.

just fine for what I needed. I wanted a fridge and coffee maker and a/c off of the main strip and I got that. a bit out of the way of the main action which was perfect. decently quiet even over 4th of July week. easy parking and entrance. private balcony

Roomy 2 bedroom apartment. Kitchen well equipped. Rooftop palapa. Ground level cool off pool. Close to Rinconada neighborhood restaurants and shops and taxi sitios.
Bathroom drains have that sewer smell.

I liked the rooftop that enabled us to watch very nice sunset and to chill in the hammocks
I also like the easy access to the beach and 24/24 reception
Also the staff was convenient and helped us when we needed it
We were 5 people traveling together and only got one key for all of us, however the staff was always there to welcome us if we decided to go back at different time frame
The wifi was a bit slow and there was no laundry which could be a very plus

we were in the third floor and no elevator but not a big deal. no microwave, again no big deal!
