289 rooms. 2 accessible parking spaces on site. Over 20 on site Valet Only spaces (@ $18). About 6 (IIRC) EV Only spaces on site. Everyone else crosses the street and pays.
“Curlies” in the bathtub. Toilet bowl loose to floor. Coffee FOR FEE in Lobby.

They stay was good however, the lady who works the front desk at night is very rude. I just feel like if this is the job you are choosing to do then don’t be rude doing it. There is someone out there that might do the job better if you don’t like it. Find something that you like so your not rude to other people.

Bugs… questionable area…. Noisy train almost every hr!!! Why do you have to blast your horn every hour!!!! 3rd floor north or south side, you can hear it, 10th floor… you can hear it… can’t get away…. But at least I had a nice sunrise since I could t sleep!

The hotel was excellent. Staff ready and willing to assist. Valet parking at $17/ day was high… only alternative was across street in public parking. Was told it was not as safe as valet.
An unexpected tax was added to the bill for each day.
First night very loud music until 9 pm. Community affair in downtown area directly next to hotel. Train ran entire two nights all night long (second night not as frequently as first)… very disturbing…very hard to sleep. Guests should be told beforehand.
Great place but annoying uncontrollable noise. Sorry. Do not show my name.

Fairly new property located near city hall, entertainment, and restaurants all within walking distance.
Negative. Located adjacent railroad tracks. Blaring train horns at 4 AM. Scene right out of My Cousin Vinny. No free parking (12 bucks a day). No cleaning services. informed housecleaning to come later in the morning. They never showed.

Clean hotel, friendly staff and nice bar. Room was clean and nice, bed was comfy. Only complaint is the train station is right across the street. Train whistles throughout the night kept waking me up— ask for earplugs and you should be good!

Room was missing hand soap but we were provided same quickly. Polite desk staff. Parking garage signs are a little confusing - entrance hard to find but fee was reasonable. However also a dollar or two less than valet. AC fan was rattley and sleep disruptive.

This hotel is across the street from the train tracks. The trains would blow their whistles all hours of the night. It never stopped. And I literally mean 2 AM, 4 AM, 5 AM, etc.. If you’d like to sleep, this is not the right place for you.

AMAZING HOTEL!
We walked in and immediately felt happy. Valet parking was only $17/day. And the staff was amazing!!
We checked in and were given warm cookies!!! We were given the 9th floor and the room was VERY clean. Large room. A little section for the coffee machine and fridge.
Pool was great! Hot tub as well. Gym was clean. Towels available at the pool.
We paid for breakfast to be included and the staff was very kind. The food was great each morning.
Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Me and my 2 dogs were evacuated from our new home in Copperopolis because of the wild fires. I had to find a pet friendly hotel. The price was decent online but when we checked in there was an additional $93 pet fee, but after driving an hour and arriving at 7:30pm what do you do! I’m not sure if I missed something when booking this room but definitely an additional financial hardship on top of the unexpected evacuation after only being in my new house for 2 days.
