Room was cleaned daily. There were a few wall panels that were not secure. Room is what I expected for a two star hotel.

Thefront entry doors were shattered on both sides. The finish on the bottom of the hot tub was coming off which made it look dirty. The jets were dirty. The ceilimg in the bathroom still had spackle on it along with two different color paint. When i needed a coffee stirrer, the one in the room was missing and package was opened. The coffee was cold and tasted awful.

Upon entering the room, the smell was very overwhelming. It was very floral smelling and even after 2 hours of having the window open, it still was just as bad. Our clothes smelled of it after leaving, INCLUDING THE ONES IN LUGGAGE WE NEVER OPENED. That shouldnt happen. Bathroom tub needed a lot of work. It's broken. Two lamps wouldnt turn on, even though they were plugged in. Bed was extremly hard. Smoke detector was unattached, and I am not sure if it even had batteries. People tend to really slam the doors when entering or leaving, so maybe add a stopper to doors to let them easily close without slamming each time? I know not to expect a lot for a room that was only 77 a night, BUT, there were some things that just need fixed.

Place smelled awful. Wouldn't let me check in 30 mins early, no soap in the women's restroom in the lobby. Told front desk didn't care. Room was still dirty. Pillows had stains on them lamps were nasty and rusted with stains. The fridge was super loud i couldn't sleep. Very small Pillows. I had nat flies and spiders. Breakfast by 830 am was a joke. 1 empty crockpot with sausage gravy. Gallon job People were passing around. If i could've canceled and went somewhere else i would've

Not so good. Didn't live up to the standards I'm acustomed to. Dirty, poor service, ridiculously long check in, did I mention dirty?

Let's first say Muncie is an AT&T town. Verizon cellular data was rough. The internet in this hotel was even rougher. I planned on spending time working however after less than one meg up and down from the hotel and an hour and half on support with Verizon, I gave up. I brought up the wifi issue with one of the hotel staff, but obvious he wasn't technical. It was obvious they didn't have business grade wifi equipment installed (2 different SSID's) and I'm in IT. Room wasn't bad, but can tell it's an Indian owned hotel as the paint jobs were quickly done. Also found hotels.com charges more than the hotel does directly.

For the love of God do not stay at this place it is filthy disgusting horrible service and chip can't say again how dirty and disgusting this place is I would love to tell you more but it would be a novel. Don't stay here you will regret it I promise!! Don't do it!! This gross and disgusting!!!

The pool was out of service to start off the stay. The fan in the bathroom could not be used as it made a horrible grinding noise. The worst was the shower. When taking a shower the faucet came off and shot into the tub, leaving a jet of water shooting out from the hole. I was able to fit the faucet back on and hold it in place with my hand until I felt it would stay in place so I could finish my shower. My wife was not as lucky the faucet shot off at her as well and she did not get a shower. I told the front desk about both problems. I said it was a safety issue as we were a lucky large metal faucet shooting at our bare feet did not cause an injury. The response. "Ok" No apologie or attempt to make things right. When we returned to the room at night someone had spilled a whole bowl of Fruit Loops down the hallway. This mess was still there when we checked out at 10:30am. Check out was also a pain. No one was at the front desk. I could have just left, but I wanted to remind them that they had to fix the faucet before giving the room to another guest. There was a phone to call for service. No one answered or returned to help guests check out at their own check out time for 20 minutes.
