I was disappointed that there was not even a continental breakfast available at this hotel. There is very few eating establishments in the area, and where there are, they are not convenient for someone from out of town. You are missing a great opportunity to increase profits as well as in attracting clients in the future.

Gave us the wrong room. It’s restaurant is only for a slim breakfast and the bar only has a very small sampling of beer and wine.

Rooms were really clean, staffs were nice, and they don’t the parking fees that I saw in previous comments anymore. Great for travelling.
Only downside as a light sleeper is that I got woken up by one very loud plane during the night as it is located next to a small airport.

The 1 bedroom suite with living room was very comfortable. It was nice to have a door to the bedroom so that sleeping can stay quiet throughout the night. The sofa bed in the living room could use some update. But overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

Both front desk ladies working the evening shifts need a refresher on customer service. No sense of making anyone feel welcomed, a constant unnecessary tone, acting like they hate their job, etc…do everyone a favor and go get a remote job so you don’t have to interact with anyone in person, PLEASE.
Hallways were so hot! Felt like I was in an oven. Room was FILTHY. Weird dark red stains on the walls…looked like some kind of jelly maybe?? Bathroom was disgusting. Shower had guck all over. Sink nasty…
Room was BAKING HOT when we got there and took over 3 hours to cool down!

The room was decent. Bathroom seemed a bit grimy but I couldn’t tell if it was just rustiness.
It doesn’t say it here (just says available) but they WILL charge for parking without saying anything or asking if you actually have a car.

We only stayed one night, but the room and hotel were exceptionally clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. We had a lovely stay!

Ok. Staff that checked me out in the morning bad attitude and VERY rude. She wasn’t responsive after I told her there was no shower gel in my room. All she said was ok, and moved on.

Fridge was completely missing. Water was lukewarm. No cold water. Sink drain was clogged. Outlets were loose. Tv kept going blank. Paper cups fell apart. Service was great & the room was ok but the furniture & amenities were janky. Even for the low price, it was sort of disappointing.

Thebpropert looks like new! With the exception of a not--so-well cleaned shower, the place was spotless. I had a person playing loud music next door. I called the desk and it was handled immediately. I woke up early and asked for a cup of tea. "No worrries." The desk clerk got me a cup of tea and a muffin. Really, a great value and pleasure to stay at.

I accidentally left my sunglasses in the room. They found them and I was able to arrange for someone to pick them up. Great customer service!

My stay at this hotel was good. I could tell that this hotel had a makeover. My customer experience at the check in desk was outstanding with a gentleman who greeted me with a smile. I would stay here again based on my 2 night stay.
