Has a free shuttle bus every 30min from and to airport, with the hotel name on it, easy to find, very convenient.

Great stay and close by to Garruhlos airport

My flight got delay and the airline lost my luggage, I got to the hotel after being in the airport for 12hrs, Jose greeted me at the check in,I was the only person at the reception at midnight, I asked for a couple bottles of water he said I could call for room service once I was checked in, I was speechless. I didn’t have any clothes and the I asked for laundry service once I was in my room, but they were not open they told me to leave the clothe at the door and they would’ve get first thing in the morning, I woke up next day at 9:30am I had to call the laundry for my clothe was still In the room. I requested I few spare towels the towels never came, I had to keep calling the service desk for over ten minutes without a answer, I used to love this place and I’ve been staying here once or twice a year for the past 5yrs when traveling to Brazil, but unfortunately the service have been worsening with every year, the taxis at the hotel are in terrible condition and the Antonio’s car almost didn’t start, I was also very dirty and smelled funny! Guarulhos traffic is getting worse by the minute so plan ahead.

I had a wonderful four night stay at the Marriott São Paulo airport and I have to tell you the service is second to none from the front desk with Anna Lucia to the Bell hop Fabio to the incredible Pool waiters, Anderson and Kleidson and just from beginning to end, the service was impeccable The churrasco barbecue was unbelievable and beer was cold the pool”s clean and the vibes were excellent so we ended up prolonging our stay to catch the Super Bowl - I just can’t wait to come back. I loved it.

Nothing to do

After we went out the rooms the first day and even we posted 'please make up rooms' cards on the door, our rooms did not cleaned all the day, we arrive late to the dirty rooms, no clean towels, dirty beds and toilets. I asked for some clean towels and complaint about this situation, they didn't offer me to send the housekeeping to the room and clean it fast. A 5 star disappointment... Price-value of this hotel is the worst. The rooms facing the highway are very noisy, the furnitures quite old and the bathroom is not like the photos they posted. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
