An excellent hotel to stay at.

First room we were given on going into the room we saw how filthy the floor was- hair all over the entryway and dirt on carpet. Immediately requested a different room. Initially the floor at least appeared cleaner. However, when I went to take a shower it was obvious the bathroom in this room had not been properly cleaned. Hair all over the floor and walls of the shower (see photo below of the drain). Baseboards covered with dust. Went to the pool the next day and it also clearly had not been cleaned it weeks. Thick clumps of hair in all the drains. We have stayed at this property several times a year for the last few years. While it has never been spotless, it was downright disgusting this time and we will not go back. Really feel like our money should have been refunded. Of course there was no clean during our two night stay either.

Staff was so nice. Hotel is nice and new, modern, convenient. We had breakfast in the morning. We also had visitors come by in the afternoon and we were very comfortable in the lobby. We got snacks from the convenience shop inside. We had drinks in our fridge in the room. We had other family there and it was affordable for everyone.

the tv in our room did not work. The bathroom sink plug was missing. Lydia was great and she got us another room. When we checked out the lady at the desk would not print out a receipt. She said she emailed a receipt, but we didn't get it. The amount she said she charged was more than on our confirmation. the amount that's actually charged to our credit card is even ;more that that. I have disputed the amount with Visa.

The lighted sign for the hotel is only half working so it was confusing on the dark and foggy night to find. I was promised a room with a bathtub and sitting area and was given one with a shower and no sitting area. I was able to switch rooms. The check-in clerk pointed out the directions to the workout room and the pool. The next morning I walked by the pool and there was a sign that said it was closed. I went to the front desk and asked when it would be open and was told they did not know when it would be open. Breakfast was pretty basic. I chose the hotel because of its location and the pool. I decided to switch to another hotel and I checked out at 10:00 AM. I was charged more than Expedia promised for the rooms and I was charged two times. I had to call to get a credit but I was still overcharged. I called the hotel and they said I owed $190 per night instead of the original rate of $130 per night. I complained that I checked out because the pool was closed and the clerk said it was not closed. When I challenged the clerk that the pool was not open she hung up on me. I will never stay at this or any other Hampton Inn Hotel.

Didn’t like fact that we did not have housekeeping service. Had to empty our wastebaskets several times and ask for more toilet paper. Also bought our own Kleenex.

Nothing unique, just another night stay in a motel.

Everything was very good at the hotel, the staff was very friendly and attentive.

Staff had too many responsibilities. Had to take care of breakfast buffet and front desk at the same time.

Clean and convenient. Breakfast was good.

No room service even after asking for it the 2nd morning. When I got back that night nothing had been done. Very disappointing.

The hotel was new, clean, quiet, close to shopping and freeway. Fairly good breakfast. Pleasant staff.

THE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK WERE ESPECIALLY HELPFUL. TIFFANY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE OUR STAY PLEASANT THE BREAKFAST WAS MUCH BETTER THAN WHEN WE STAYED IN JUNE WE NOTICED MUCH IMPROVEMENT OVER ALL

The front desk staff were friendly and quick to help out. Our room, however, should not be used until the AC unit is fixed. There was a stand alone AC unit with a tube that was duct tapped through a piece of cardboard to the outside. The duct tape was not sticking so outside air was pouring in. There were no other rooms available so that was very unfortunate.

Only stayed one night. Hotel was super clean and staff was friendly. There was only one person at the front desk when we checked in and checked out and people were waiting. They did not have any eggs or sausage when I went down to breakfast at 7:30. And there were no towels in the pool area when we went down for a swim.

Very nice

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only downside was in the bathroom where the shower 🚿 head was at least 7’ high. Way out of reach for average size people and I am 4’11”!

Tom helped us the day of check in. I needed a rollaway and called ahead for it. He sais he would try to get me one. Sure enough at check in, he pulled through. He was super kind as well. Called an hour after check in to make sure we had everything we needed. The next two days we had the manager at the front desk and she was so sweet and kind. She felt like family. We were there for a middle school bball tournament and she was so accomadating to us all. The hotel is very clean. We just really loved staying here. Highly recommend.

Very good breakfast buffet. Really friendly staff. Really cheap toilet paper; single ply 500 grit.

Friendly staff, clean

The staff was friendly. The breakfast menu was varied. The lounge/breakfast area was large and welcoming with lots of outside lighting.

Clean room, friendly staff, coffee available all day. Nothing really special though. This is the baseline for how hotels should be and how they always used to be. . The shame is today so many are not.

Fire alarm woke us up. We were told there was a spa, there wasn’t. No hot tub. But overall nice!
