I had to change rooms due to the first one not being clean

We were directed to the Residence Inn next door because The Courtyard Marriott was oversold. This was at 1:30am. We booked a double bed room and we had to get a single bed because that was all the Residence Inn had available. We had to be moved to three different times. The first room had bed bugs, the second room had a very loud beeping sound and finally the third room was somewhat acceptable. Overall, our experience left alot to be desired.

I liked the friendly service and timely response time.. only issue I had was the refrigerator was t working.

Clean up to date quiet good location close to everything I would stay here every time I’m in town low prices can’t say enough good things about this property very happy with my stay

It was just ok. Staff was a little rude and the only option for early check in was a handicap room

Booked a room with fold out for teens No linens, asked for pillows for pull out and told they had no extra pillows Mechanical room open the entire time blowing HOT air into hallway. Terrible road noise on second floor all night long Toilet was not bolted correctly and clanked every time it was used, as did the one above us. In room coffee pot leaked and had not been cleaned. We generally love Courtyards, but not this one

Just a quick trip with friends. Hotel was perfect.

We stayed for two days and when we got back from work there were no clean towels also I had no coffee for the next morning

Elevator was down every morning, had to use stairs. Breakfast worker didn’t show up two mornings so no coffee or breakfast.

Me and my families 2 night stay was not so good the rooms smelt like a wet dog had been in there they ran out of towels on our second night the pool was not very clean I would never stay there again but we made the best of it

Prior to checking in I requested a high level suite with balcony, facing front of hotel. I was told that I would be accommodated with my request. Once I arrived and checked in, I was then told that my suite did not offer a balcony, but I could move to a smaller room. I kindly declined. Upon getting into my room, the floor was soak and wet as if the occupants who were in the room earlier hadn’t too long checked out. That was my only issue. The suite was as expected. The location was close to several restaurants and stores which was a plus. The next morning as I was leaving. I noticed housekeeping making up a bed using the same sheets that had been used from previous occupants. That blew my mind, because why aren’t you all changing those darn sheets? Anyhoo. I don’t normally leave reviews, but wanted to share my experience

The room was clean and comfortable and the pool was nice, but the hot tub wasn't working, which was disappointing. We were there two nights, and weren't able to use it either night. The hotel was very close to a TopGolf and the Blue Bayou waterpark, which was convenient.

Fairly good stay. Has to ask for towels on second day. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

No working ice machine. One of the elevators not working. Pool not very appealing.

It was a nice hotel. Staff we mostly kind. The room was clean, bathroom could have been cleaner. Overall I would give it 7 1/2 out 10

Had a lot of gnats in the room and hotel killed at least 10 a day didn’t get another room because didn’t not feel like packing my stuff to move to another room

Toilet broke and fire alarm went off 5 times between 130am and 3am! Told breakfast hours but of course breakfast wasn’t included and kitchen was closed. Don’t seem to care here.

Renovated and fresh.

The property is nice. In-door pool was a treat for the kids. There were a few issues such as the property had ran out of clean towels and the shower leaks on bathroom floor. The staff was kind, polite, amd helpful! Check in/out was smooth and easy.

Hotel restaurant wasn’t open on the day of check in. And the next day when it was open the attendant was either behind the counter on her phone or outside sitting in her car on the phone. Very unprofessional environment.

It was great

This is a clean, nice, well-staffed hotel with a nice bar / coffee bar. The parking is also convenient, and the room was comfortably furnished. The only drawbacks were that the room was poorly lit with only three small lamps; the wifi signal was weak; and the TV didn't have an adequate internet signal and so the screen would freeze.

Pool was nice. Wish breakfast would have started earlier on Sunday

The hotel stay was amazing. The front desk clerk was very friendly and checked me in quickly. Anytime I had a question he answered in a knowledgeable and friendly way. The only downside was that the pool and the laundromat for guests to use were not available at the time.

My air conditioner was not working

The elevator was broken and the breakfast was limited to what was available at Starbucks inside hotel
