Beautiful hotel! Staff very accommodating!

I originally picked this location specifically because i needed airport shuttle which it clearly says it provides. I book the reservation reach out numerous times to set up transfers to and from the airports and nobody will respond. I had to have my husband make an international phone call from texas to Japan and ask them to please look at my messages. They then tell him to tell me to catch the bus!!! Im so confused and annoyed why would i catch the bus!!! Still after the phone call nobody answers my message. Hotels.com has now called them 3 times trying to figure out what is going on. In the end o had get off mt 12hr flight wait 2hrs to catch a bus that put me in a complete bind on time. Needless to say it was a nightmare for me. The hotel itself was great. The information and what i expected was not!!!

Good hotel

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful. They have a free shuttle to and from Disney and an airport shuttle can be arranged (for a reasonable fee). There are a few restaurants nearby and the train station is a reasonable walk. We did not use the pool - when we had booked this hotel we did not realize there was a fee to use it. When we learned how much the fee was, we decided it was not worth the money (as it was about 700yen per person per day).

Beautiful pool however didn’t like the daily fee for guests to be able to use it. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Restaurant options were amazing. It's not in a general heavy tourist area which made it very nice.

Pool is absolutely amazing, but it does cost extra to use. Metro is a 10 minute walk away, which is a little annoying.

Overall a good hotel, but not great. The facilities are well kept, except for the carpets that have seen better days, but not a deal breaker, they were clean. The room was bigger than the average room size by Tokyo standards but not huge. There are restaurants and convinience stores within the property making it easy to find a place to eat. Getting around is great. They are at a walking distance from the subway, plus they have a free shuttle that takes you there as well and runs several times a day. There is also an airport shuttle to Haneda, our cost was $21 USD for 3 people, a great deal compared to ~$100 that a taxi would have cost. What's no so great: - Breakfast buffet was average at best, and it gets really busy, one day we almost couldn't get in (on a weekday). - Customer service is poor, well mannered but not very friendly. - The AC did not work properly. The staff stated that it was not an issue with my room only but on other rooms as well. The solution they provided was a standing fan for the room. - The worst experience was with the pool, the main reason why we booked at this hotel. It is not included in the price, around 7,000~9000 yen per person (per day) depending of the day of the week, and if you leave you can't re-entry. Also, you can only stay until 4 pm, when they kick you out for maintenance. They have a night time session for adults only, but you'll have to pay again if you want to go back in. We tried to reason with the staff and manager to no avail.
