Front desk lady was a little rude when we first came in, thinking we came to check in early when really I had called to see if we could just leave our luggage at the front desk while we went into the city before our check-in time. Other than that though, everyone else was extremely friendly and kind, especially the woman helping out with breakfast every morning - she was extremely kind and helpful. We loved the location so close to the commuter rail and loved the layout of the room. It was so nice having two rooms with two separate bathrooms in one suite! Super convenient, nice, super affordable option!

We had gotten in late at night and were the last ones to check in for the night. The only room left was on the ground floor just down from the mechanical room, as well as where staff meets on a daily basis.
Granted, we did get a late check out which we were very grateful for. However, the staff being just doors down were so extremely loud. I completely understand to be able to talk with your coworkers, but loud laughing, yelling down the hall to each other with no respect that some are trying to sleep is very unprofessional. After not getting in until almost 2 AM, the staff in the morning at 8:30 AM, were chatting it up as if there is not a soul staying on the floor. Very taken back and very unprofessional. Even a manager walked down that hall and was very loud.
It is very safe to say that due to how staff handled themselves being as loud as they were, we will not recommend anyone stay at this hotel on the ground floor. Staying on another floor would be the only way to go.

One of the front desk staff, a lady, was very rude in resolving a small issue around check-in. Courtesy was thrown out of the window, and she didn't even allow me to speak to her manager when I requested I needed to do so. Very poor customer service. The second front desk staff, a man, actually treated with more respect.

The place is great and our room was nice (but the beddings could be cleaner)... it's a short drive to Wholefoods and other stores... but the one in check-in counter and the one in breakfast staffs seemed to not have a good pleasing/accommodating personality... need also to work on the hygiene a little better when refilling food for breakfast... but over all, the hotel is great... just work on training the staffs...

We asked the front desk for sheets on the pull out couch. Had to pick it up from the desk ourselves and make the bed ourselves. The pool was disgusting. I put pictures on here to show people the condition of the pool.

The lady at the desk was not friendly. The woman beside us was getting friendly service & was given a bottle of water for her & her child. We were not even offered any. We asked about the train & she was not helpful. Very disappointed that she was not helpful after traveling for 6 hours. Breakfast was lacking in what they had to offer. Coffee was just BAD. Construction next door started at 6 am

The pool tiles looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years. Pool floor is like a brownish color. Some areas you can see the white. Same width the pool tile. Breakfast was generic. I felt like was at a homeless shelter. Room service never came to my unit so I had to
Ask for clean linens, towels, soap, and for toilet paper. I hated the stay and I was with my children. The only person I thought was awesome was the woman that runs the cafeteria in the morning. So pleasant. Other than that, the lady that works in the afternoon, young lady, gave me an attitude anytime o asked to get clean linens or soap to shower.

We stayed at the property for a closer commute to a concert at Gillette
We stayed at a gorgeous Residence Inn the night prior at another location so we were excited to have another similar experience but it was not consistent to this location.
The area around the hotel seems rather sketchy and dirty but the lobby of the hotel was clean and welcoming
The pool area smelled harshly of chemicals and felt run down and dirty
We had a one bedroom suite with a pull out bed
We had to call down to request bedding for the pull out, we called done about dinning and the staff wasn’t very helpful about options other than telling us to come down to get brochures
The room felt very icky and unclean. It has an awful harsh chemical smell as well. The fridge snd sink were helpful to have.
The noise from the elevator was heard from the end of the hall and noise from other guests was easily heard as well
We arrived back from the concert that night and one of the doors was already opened which brought on security concerns with children etc

The property overall is fine, location is very function for most is MA. However! They absolutely destroyed my payment card during the stay. It was for 10 days and the amount of times they charged me and refunded me again and again was super disruptive and never explained to me. So if you stay here make sure you pay in full otherwise they will take at least 2k more from your card only to give it back who knows when.
Not a comfortable way to spend one’s holiday. If you have another choice choose the other place.

The room wasn’t really cleaned that well. Hair all over the bathroom. Toilet and fixtures looked old. it’s advertised as a suite but it wasn’t all that. Somebody drilling across the hall on Easter Sunday making noise.

The room that I requested was inaccurate to what was being presented in the add. Did not have a full kitchen. Only had kitchenette. Staff was friendly and provided me with a full refund. Well, I haven't received it yet. However, she did say that I would get it. So I was thankful.

We stayed here for a concert at Gillette Stadium. The hotel was clean and modern. Check in was easy. We really liked the full kitchen in the room.
