We had an issue when checking in but the hotel manager made everything right. She caught us in the hallway and asked how are stay was going. It’s was nice to hear that the manager checks her emails. The pool was great and so was the restaurant.

My room was not clean. Hair in tub, sink, and floors; no sheet on pullout bed nor blanket, smelled badly

Hotel wasn't bad. Bathroom is room was awful. Toilet seats shifted when used. The pipe on the tub spout is sticking out about an inch further than the spout. Water leaks there as well as the shower handle. Directions on wall for shower have hot and cold mixed up. Hole in ceiling in bathroom. Carpet by bathroom entrance always wet like something is leaking. Beds were super comfy. A/C was cold.

The location was alright, but in a business area. Only a short drive, 10-15 minutes, from several places. Staff was great, pool was having maintenance done, so not useable. Thr room was clean but just your average room. The thermostat was very touchy and seemed either too col or too warm in the room sometimes

Communication with the front desk was very poor and housekeeping services were terrible. In addition to the bathroom being dirty upon check-in, specifically there was a large amount of gunk and mold, along with hair behind the bathroom sink faucet, our room never got serviced as requested. We stayed for a total of three nights and the one night towels were brought up they end up being the floor mats instead of bath towels. We had a large number of family members stay at this hotel at the same time for a wedding and would never return back here. We are frequent Hilton stayers, and this one surprised in the worst way possible.

The staff were very very kind. Our room was not ready until way after check in time, but that didn’t impact us negatively. I only bring this up because after our first night the manager was working to make this right with others as they left. I felt like that was really stepping above and beyond. Our rooms were clean, comfy, and felt very safe. The gym was a little too toasty, but machines were nice.

Only drawback - no nearby groceries or restaurants. It does have an onsite restaurant.

We arrived at check in time expecting our reserved room to be ready. It is currently 12:32am the following morning and we are sitting in the lobby waiting to enter any kind of room

The prices in the little store is outrageous! 5 dollars for chips, 8 dollars for a hot pocket. Considering there are know gas stations or markets around they take advantage of the customers

All staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. Check-in/out was quick. The grout on the shower could use some cleaning. You could tell the caulk was recently done. A/C worked great.

Nice remodel foyer some of the rooms were updated as well. Not many food options in the area but we would def stay here again. Cudos to Chris af the front desk was wonderful.

We have stayed here at this location in the past. The front desk person was friendly and very nice. The mattress in room 109 was stained and dirty. The pillows are so soft that as soon as you touch them they are flat. Our handicap bathroom had mold in almost all the floor grout and the water ran all over the bathroom floor outside the shower so we had to use all our towels to keep from slipping on the overflowing water.

We had a very good stay. They are working on remodeling and the new updates are very nice. We have stayed there off and on over the last 5yrs. Used the restaurant for the first time and loved it. Excellent breakfast, amazing fresh fruit. We would have preferred a choice of firmer pillows is our only complaint

This hotel I paid about 250.00 for the night/when we walked into the main lobby I smelled pot. The lobby is old and run down. The Main reason that I chose this was because it said it had a whirlpool/hottub however it wasn't working. I could have stayed in a nicer hotel with a pool and free breakfast but I chose this. The website should have said No Hottub. Apparently it hadnt been working for a while. The hall ways on our floor were hot like no airconditioning and when I went to make a phone call to say our fridge didn't work there was carmel/chocolate on the bottom of the phone. Im not going to say what I really thought it was. The fridge wasn't plugged in so thank goodness my daughter noticed otherwise our food/medicine would have been spoiled. I can just say that I will be asking for a partial refund.

Pool is out of service. They advertise themselves with a pool. Which I always look for. And usually pay more money for a place with a pool. They let you know a day before with an email that pool is not working. A day before your stay is very expensive to find another place, if you can find another place.

The listing and pictures showed a double room king beds. There is no such room at this hotel. We are a family of 4 with two teenage sons, which was indicated on our reservation. The first room just had a king bed in it. The only rooms with two beds were both full beds and in the worst shape I have ever seen. The beds had a “v” in the middle and little padding. The pool and hot tub were closed. The breakfast was not included and while good, staff was obviously overwhelmed. The staff was very kind and doing the best they could. The product is what failed us. We stay in hotels 25 days out of the year and have never left a bad review before, but in this case it’s needed. If nothing else fix the listing on Orbitz.

The rooms were alright. Questionable stains on the couch... It was me and my 3 boys on this stay for a basketball tournament and the youngest two were very much looking forward to swimming at the pool, as was advertised when the room was booked. We arrived and checked in and found out there is no water in the pool or hot tub and that it is under maintenance. For $399 a night I would expect to be informed of this prior to booking. We ended up going out every day for entertainment which resulted in more expenses. I would not stay here again due to the stains on the couch and lack of transparency during booking.

The pool and hottub are closed down even though they advertise it. The check in lady said it says on the website and 3rd parties i checked again and did not say so on there website or third parties and showed them. They said they would compestate or discount or room from us and there manager would be in contact with us to help get issues resolved they never did just loed and blew us off the whole time. Hotel is out of the qay from everything. It was that good for being a hilton. Would recommend else where to stay

I was staying on Easter weekend. The first hotel in over 40 years of travelling all over the country--East coast, West coast, mountain region, southwest and southeast--which did not have EWTN Catholic television station on their menu. For travelling over the Jewish and Christian holidays, a better selection of religious programing is needed. Many of us still pray and worship!

They have 3rd shift laborers for local mfg plant staying there. 3rd shift. Early morning noise and people just hanging around hotel at day. Was not relaxing. Hotel is showing the west and tear from the excess use.

Bathrooms really need an upgrade and general construction. Coffee maker in the room wasn't working. My room was double booked and someone just got in with a key to my room. Hot tub was empty meaning no water in it and sauna wasn't working as well.

I didn’t like anything and nothing was unique. Check in was frustrating, they didn’t know what I reserved. After check in didn’t say where the rooms were, didn’t put our two rooms next to each other, checked in @ 3:01.
We booked because of the hot tub, not working, hasn’t been working for months, nothing on website.
Had a party away and called at 10:30 to see if the on-site bar was open and how late, they said open until bar time, I said great we are on our way…. got there at 11:00; closed. Thanks for the wasted Uber ride. The beds are hard as a rock, miserable to lay on, the rooms were clean; that’s all I can say.
