Very nice hotel-good standard on both room and esting.Location perfect for walking to Ströget but also in Nyhavn.

You’ll find better value somewhere else. Perfect location but getting run down and many rooms are super noisy.

Our view was of the wall of the building next door, the temperature couldn’t be adjusted, even though we used the directions on the wall, and the 5 pillows were floppy and just in the way. They should be replaced with just 2 good ones.

We stayed here for our final night in Copenhagen. The hotel is great with a lively restaurant connected to it. Very close and walkable to the Nyhavn waterfront cafes and other Copenhagen sites. Would definitely stay here again.

Love the hotel, love the amenities. My only criticism is that the breakfast options are not varied…ranging from barely anything on the roof, to a full buffet - if you just want eggs and toast you have to go out. Also the bar options are limited (no 7-up, sprite, diet tonic). Other than those minor items, we loved it….it was noisy on the front street though.

We enjoyed everything about our stay here. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was definitely worth paying extra for, the food in the lobby bar was great and reasonably priced. The hotel restaurant, the Shrimp, was good too. A huge bonus was the rooftop lounge with a honor system bar and great views of the city

Our large deluxe room was neither as large nor as deluxe as I’d have liked. The bed and bedding were comfortable. The air conditioning was loud (but essential during a warm spell!). The bathroom floor had not been cleaned very well and we found a hair grip and empty packet on it that must have been from the previous guests - it also smelt.
The location is perfect for exploring the city on a wide quiet street. Close enough to lots of bars and restaurants but far enough away to not suffer from noise.

The hotel is lovely and super chic. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because they don’t offer even a coffee free of charge in the morning. The hotel isn’t cheap; so I think small details like a coffee bar in the morning would mean a lot to the customer

The room was cozy, exceptionally clean, and the size was perfect, not cramped. The rooftop honor bar was a delightful addition as were the bicycles out front. It was a perfect stay for our 3 days in copenhagen as first time visitors.

An oasis in the midst of busy, touristy Copenhagen. Our room was spacious and quiet. The linens and comforters were soft and luxurious. The bathroom had the best amenity - heated floors! The AC was not working properly but the maintenance staff resolved it quickly. Sunsets at the rooftop honor bar were a treat. They had complimentary umbrellas which came in handy on the 1 rainy day. Hotel location is perfect - close to many attractions and public transit yet in a quiet street. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice hotel with good breakfast. Bicycles are available to rent but they lack cell phone holders so not as useful as other hotel bike rentals for tourists. Our room had a bad smell in it which we couldn’t get rid of. The pillows were too narrow for my taste.

The hotel has the best location in Copenhagen; close to everything. The appearance and the lobby is good but does not quite reflect the excellent quality of the room and service. So do not judge the hotel at first sight. The rooms are clean and modern, beds are good and overall a very good place to stay in Copenhagen.

This hotel was perfect for our stay. We were just in town just one night. The hotel was an easy walk with luggage from the metro stop. It was very clean and comfortable.

The room was extremely comfortable. We’d been concerned that it would be cramped, but we had more than enough space. The location was great - an easy walk to the metro, shopping, and restaurants. And the rooftop bartender makes great drinks!

Great hotel and great location! Beautiful lobby and bar area too! Rooms are large and such a comfy bed! Beautiful bathrooms with gorgeous tile floors and a great open shower with good water pressure. Very friendly front desk staff. The only negative….when the employees hand you water without you even asking, the water bottles are NOT complimentary. Not cheap either! Would I stay here again? Yes absolutely!

A perfect location to explore as a tourist. A discreet location in a central area. I took advantage of the hotel bikes (for a fee) and a swim in the harbor nearby.
Lots of great coffee shops and restaurants near by that are NOT along the very tourist/commercial area near Nyhaven Canal.
My only complaint was a glowing green light that was by the door which made it hard to sleep well. Additionally could not get the room as cold as I would like. It just so happened to be a heat wave while I was there.

Lovely hotel, very nice breakfast buffet, comfortable if smallish room. Very nicely furnished. My only downside is we booked a large double and were given 501. Not a large double! It had one bedside table missing as the bed went right to the bathroom door. You could tell a smaller bed had previously been used as the bedside light switches on one side of the bed were not visible, but were actually hidden behind the pillow on one side, so they switched on and off when you sat or leant against them! The staff did move us after a discussion but that room needs reclassifying.

Great location next to the buzz of the city and canals. Sidewalk restaurants were right behind the hotel, and the hotel had outside dining as well. Breakfast buffet was very good and with various dishes (breads were outstanding). Coffee machines were excellent (expresso, americano, latte, etc). The building is a landmark and refurbished. The roof-top tops it off with a panoramic view, comfortable seating, and the Honesty Bar.

I love this hotel! Comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, but what made it so special were the many cozy spots in the beautiful lobby to hang out. There is even an adorable roof deck!
