The room smelled of smoke. Particularly the bathroom. The room was very damp despite the air conditioner appearing to work properly.

Denorah, the person at the front desk, assigned us a room with one bed when we had asked for two double beds. This situation was not resolved by her. The room had a strong musty smell. We asked to change rooms and she placed us in a room near the air conditioning compressors which were making a loud noise.

Didn’t like: There was some hall noise at night, sounded like kids racing each other in the hall outside our room. Bathtub needed some glazing or refinishing. Liked: Nice, comfy room and beds. Nice linens and towels. Roomy. Great lighting over the corner chair, for reading.

Clean and well lit.

Room was comfortable as were the beds. Would have liked a small table next to the chair. No place to put a drink glass. I ordered the Margarita flatbread - Not Good! Too much pesto and cheese was not melted. No basil and few tomatoes. I could not eat it.

Just a really nice property

I have been there for 2 days work for work never had internet. they were always busy every time I call for the internet nobody come.

All food was burnt Cook was bad. Waste of money Curtain torn toilet would not flush. Had to lift lid and flush by hand

Needs renovations Run down Shabby

The location was convenient to the highways and any necessities someone might need. The hotel itself looks tired. The room was worn looking, the bathroom had mold in the shower and the comforter on the bed, although white in color, looked like it could be retired of use. The staff was sufficient. Not friendly but not rude either.

Hi. I usually don’t respond, though I felt I needed to as I will not be staying here again. The shower head was horrible. The shower was selected, though water was coming out of the head as gushing as well as the tub faucet. M One of the tiles in the room was damaged. Most of the tile remained, but was very sharp. A loose piece was laying there as well. Visible as soon as you opened the door. If I had a toddler, I would have requested another room. There was a knock on our door around 8:30/8:45 am, I opened it, and the staff member said oh I put a note on your door for no service. He said checkout is at 12 pm. A few minutes later there was another knock. I was getting up and the door opened. I said why are you opening the door, she said oh sorry. I said there was a hanging note on the door from a staff member a few minutes ago. I shut the door.

I got bed bugs and so does my 7 yr old boy. I never leaves comments, this hotel was nightmare. The front desk lady was very rude, too. Nice breakfast.

No cancelation policy

I reserved a room with two queen beds however was told upon arrival that because I went through third party, the room was whatever was left. There were many people for a wedding so I was given a room with one king bed and pull out couch. I would had reserved closer to my location with one bed and pull out couch.

There was a very friendly and efficient young man who checked us in. He was very apologetic for the hotel being short staffed as he was also the bartender to a very busy bar and the only one checking people in. There were 2 women employees who kept talking behind the desk, uninterested in helping customers. My room was clean, but the curtains were falling off the window, and both the shears and blackout curtains were on the same hooks. I couldn’t close my blinds and was up early each day because of it.

Disappointed that the restaurant was closed because they had a private party . Thankfully they had few restaurants walking distance .

This was a nice property. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Ok hotel big and busy beds were comfortable and room was fine just very very basic and lacking any personality! Hallways need updating as does rooms but tv was good and the air was nice and cool. For one night it was fine. I thought I would swim but pool was much smaller than the pics and of course was packed w kids, oh well! I feel like I paid to much for a dates hotel!

Good hotel but watched 3 people fall while getting into the pool. Steps are super slippery and someone could get very injured.
