Lovely stay, bit of walk from the centre but that’s perfect me. Very grateful for the early check in. Only query why housekeeping comes so early in the day, 10am.

Really clean and welcoming hotel. Modern rooms with good facilities, clean and quiet. Ideal location 45 min walk for FC Koln stadium to watch a Euros match. Also about 30 min walk to the city centre which was ideal as away from the hustle and bustle. Would stay here again and recommend with confidence.

Reception staff were slow and rude.
Breakfast staff extremely slow, ordered an omelette which took over 15 minutes and didn’t give me the fillings I asked for.

For a Best Western Plus it was just OK. Unable to lock shower head it kept sliding down. Bath tub was very slippery & dangerous for older guest. Last night our refrigerator was not restocked as promised. Reluctant to go back to that hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights, the staff was super nice, also the location is perfect, it is not to far away from the city center, you can reach the center in about 20-25 minutes

I had a great stay, short walk away from the university. The only fault would be the showerhead that was nonetheless functional but in a sad state. Will be good to change it out to good quality and new ones.

Very nice place and helpful staff the only issue I had which to me was a big issue was the double beds only have single duvets on them which were very uncomfortable throughout the night, breakfast was nice and plenty of choices

Absolutely no USB charging capability in-room. For 2022 this is a major shortcoming.

We needed a hotel near our son for 4 nights. It ticked all the boxes...clean and comfortable and a nice size room. Bathroom well equipped. Parking on sight although we thought was a bit expensive at 20 euros a night. Great location.

Stayed for 1 night, reception team were really good and helped from the minute we arrived to the time we checked out.
Room was great with no problems, as this was a quick visit I never had any need to use the restaurant but given the chance I would definitely use this hotel again.

The most comfortable beds in Cologne, overall a good hotel, the hotel is 2 kms from most restaurants and entertainment areas, excellent parks in front of the hotel

The staff were very helpful, the room was nice and clean the only negative is there was no tea or coffee in the room!

Lovely hotel in a nice area of Koln with good local restaurants that weren’t too touristy. A little way out of the city centre (about half an hours walk) but there is a tram line that’s runs about 5 minutes from the hotel. Room was good but the hotel needs better pillows.
