They were able to check me in quickly and the room was very clean! Right across the way from to mall, super easy to just walk over and plenty of dining options in the area! The bar in the lobby was nice to grab a drink and watch the game. Tons of fun!

We were going to an event in the area and needed a place to stay overnight. The hotel was clean and our bed was very comfortable.

Very nice and clean hotel overall and the front staff was welcoming. I did have to leave the window open all night to air out the stench of Marijuana in my room. I am not one to complain, so I did not make an issue of it. I would guess it to not be a general problem with the hotel itself. I would certainly not hesitate to stay with them again.

I reserved 2 rooms however one was on the third floor and one was on the first floor. I wanted adjacent or across the hall but they couldn’t accommodate that, even though I booked 5 weeks in advance. I checked in, went out for a few hours and upon my return one of the rooms smelled like fishy chemicals. Another room was not available and other hotels in the area had no vacancy due weekend attractions in the area. I checked out and was left without a place to stay. As I was leaving, the maintenance worker told me that the hallway where my room was located often has a strong chemical smell and they cannot figure out what it is.

The Experience me and my family had at the hotel was amazing. My daughter was graduating from the University of Dayton this weekend . That was the reason we stayed at your hotel. This is probably the 3rd time staying there and every time we had a great experience. I like to give a shout out to the person working the front Desk. Any concerns we had, she went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. I only know her first name. Her name is Susan. Again, she went above and beyond for my family.

The hotel is very nice, it is clean, it is quiet, I love my giant TV and the fact that there is a bistro/bar with Starbucks right in the lobby. I can’t say enough about Jerard, Susan and the whole staff. They go above and beyond but especially for Jerard… he is the best thing about that hotel, which is saying a lot because the hotel was fantastic! His career and hospitality will definitely go far ! The staff there really care about you and your stay at their hotel . I would definitely recommend!

Liked the convenience to other places. Surprised it was just renovated- torn wallpaper and grout missing in bathroom. Staff was friendly. Cups for water were inadequate in size.

Location was good. Room comfortable. HOWEVER: Day 2, we returned, room had not been cleaned. We're more than OK with not changing linens, but beds could have been pulled together. (At $200 a night we expected more.) Then, we had to go down and ask for towels because the previous day's were still in a pile on the floor and no new ones. Day 3: towels had been replaced, but that was all. Beds not made and coffee not replaced, trash cans still full from day 1.

The people who work there , especially the two woman who were at the front desk. They could not have been kinder or more pleasant! Our room was very clean as well.

My daughter says your bed was great, however, the shower was very small and felt like the shower was killing her by the devil, because the water coming out of the shower head was like needles. Sharp like a chainsaw cutting her back.

Nice clean room and building. It did take the front desk three times to get us a room. The first room had not been cleaned by the maid and the second room didn’t have the bed choice we booked. The women at the front desk sort of got rude about it and asked how much we paid on Expedia because that was not the correct rate and wanted to charge us more. I told her that wasn’t her business to know and we weren’t paying more. Other than that part it was a great hotel!

We changed to a handicap room upon our arrival, which helped me tremendously. The only comment I would have is that although the shower had several grab bars, it would have been ideal to have a shower chair also. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to OH.

My stay was great. I had to get some work done on my lap top in the morning and I went to the bar to sit down. Jerald helped me in the morning and made me an Amazing mocha coffee. His service was great and talking to him was by far the highlight of my stay. Great Hotel and Great team. I highly recommend
