The complex was so awful and disgusting, we turned right around and checked out. Everything was falling apart. It reminded a rent by the hour place you see on television. Windows were smashed out in neighboring rooms.

They need to speed up the remodeling. The room was substandard. Very sad to see how bad it has gotten.

The overall appearance of the facility is nice. However the rooms are in need of upgrading. There were no cookint utensils. The bed was hard and the carpets were stained. The celing had falling stucco and water stains

Booked our room about a week almost two on Expedia, the day of the trip we were about an hour away to the hotel (we live about 5 hours from Corpus), we get a text message from the hotel asking for us to call us. We call, and they tell us they have to cancel our reservation because they didnt have any available rooms, and they were hoping that by the time we would get there someone would leave. So they just “assumed” someone was gonna leave and we could have a room. Very unprofessional, never going to this place. They couldve easily called days before our trip so we can have enough time to find another hotel. Dont recommend. The whole point of a reservation is for us to be assure a room. The front desk lady even explained that for us. But i guess they didnt understand it themselves .

This hotel was horrible, that made not only me but my Dad sign covid paperwork and some other paperwork. I'm the one who booked not him. Also, there elevator wasn't working. My parents where staying with me and they're handycap. The room they gave me at first was on the third floor. The room they gave me finally was on the 2nd floor. Also, there was nothing in the room except two towel and one roll of toilet paper. I was also told we'd have have to wash our towels, we couldn't exchange them for clean one. I am very disappointed in this stay and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Everything was great! We would stay again without question!! Right now the roads in Corpus Christi are a mess and traffic is horrendous!! It was super nice to retire to a clean, quiet room!! No driving for breakfast either which was a bonus!!

lady at the front office was very rude gave us a room with no key and air conditioner barely working, picture on the web site did not match room that was giving to us. Monica the property attendant went above and beyond to make our stay a little more comfortable.

There was only on thing wring with this place i had to leave the room was infested with fleas. I left room. But other than that was ok.

We didn’t have hot water for bathing, and I was totally ignored about the water, the tv didn’t work for 8 days straight, the lady at the front desk with all the tattoos in her fingers & hands is extremely hateful if she knows I’m public servant, and always engages in retaliation against me if I complained about not having hot water to shower & behaved extremely hateful, barbaric, and Unequivically steadfast to engage in constant perpetual torment against her desk, and would be totally overt helping particular guests, yet deliberately excercised an absolute facist mindset against me primarily because I am a 100% disabled senior citizen & she deliberately would violate my due process civil rights daily while I was totally incarcerated in the hotel while daily she sent the cleaning lady to harass & deliberately violate my civil rights & engage in “Officak Oppression” utilizing her official position much like a Dictator of a Third World country who engaged in ethnic, spiritual, academic cleansing to all whi do not abide by her absolute totalitarian mindset of overtly violating the rights of senior citizens, disabled, ethnic minorities, law enforcement criminal justice instructor/professor. I’m 56 & have 36 years to this country as a US Border Patrol agent/K-9 Handler, Texas Peace Officer & Texas Peace Officer Instructor & criminal justice academic professor, who has dedicated one’s life as a public servant & academic professor of criminal Justice & instructor Texas Peace Offic.

I was supposed to stay here but I did not read the disclosures that u had to check in before 7 pm so I hit out of work and tried to check in at 8:30 which of course was not possible so cleaning lady I am assuming told me I was late . The next day I called since I had a reservation for 3 nights and the Hotel had cancelled all my reservation due to me not checking in night before at proper time . I was homeless for 3 nights thanks to the hotel cancelling all my 4 nights and then not even calling me to let me know anything . I did reach out to hotels.com but hotel itself never reached out to me to ask me or let me know me of check in time . And to top it off during Hurricane Hannah weekend .

not so good , instead of queen there full beds, vary small place ,sunken floor areas where the roof has rain damage , smelly sheets ,neighbors that live there complaining about cuz they work tomorrow , only give on tp vary cheap place but what did i expect for 95 a day after tax

FLEAS. A horrifying number of fleas. I was going to stay a week, I left the next morning with over a hundred flea bites. Abandoned all my clothing. Shaved my head. HORRIFYING. And the floor was so disgustingly dirty it turned a pair of white socks completely black in minutes. Six days later the flea bites are still all over my arms legs face and head.

Outdated rooms with roaches. No internet, always said they were working on it

The first room they showed me had dead roaches in the shower floor, 2nd room had worn out paint n the shower floor; chipped off paint. N a hole in wall.

I will never stay there again!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not recommend to anyone!

I liked nothing, bed was uncomfortable and wrapped in plastic so it made noises everytime i moved and it smelled terrible, no cold water in shower, nothing like getting your face melted offf in the shower!!!! Hated it!!!

Front desk attendant was rude. Our reservations was wrong on their end & they made it obvious that fixing their mistake was an inconvenience to him. He continued to try & blame me, until I produced my conformation info. Thank goodness I had a copy of my online reservations.

The experience was horrible. Expedia thankfully returned my money when the hotel was unresponsive to my stay. The rooms are very dirty! The sheets are placed back from others using and you smell the stench. The floors are built up with slime. Toilets still had urine and feces residue in underside. Broken faucets. Invest $30 and get a legit hotel!
