Great service and comfort in the room. Good room size, hot shower and lots of towels. Breakfast was a nice feature lacked some of the choice and quality I've experience at other hotels in this price range.

Our room was clean and spacious. I wish we were staying longer! One bed was separated by pocket doors from the other, so there was privacy. The one bed had a massage function and spa music. The breakfast was great and the staff was courteous.

Great place just off highway 20. Bery clean and room is particularly well appointed. Great breakfast set up as well. A great place to stay for a number of nights.

It was noisy and lots of loud people and no communication at the check in desk. I ain’t greeted or told they would be with me in a minute and no direction on where to stand.

The suite was nice. A bit run down-wallpaper peeling at door, bed lumpy. Had the sleep spa on one bed-but no instructions so when it was pressed accidentally by my kids, there was no way to turn it off-it had to run through its program. Front lobby smelled like wet/dirty dog (*note: pet friendly hotel). The pictures online are deceiving- there is no hot tub, even though a picture looks like it has one. There is also not the same playground as in the pictures. We were excited to let our kids play on it after a long drive, only to find it was replaced by a plastic structure suitable for max age 3. Food was good. Workers there severed you the hot food-something that was unexpected.

The people in the room above us let their kid run up and down the room for three hours, so we could not sleep due to the noise.
Staff did nothing to help and we left the hotel to go stay someplace else.

Stay was great. Room was clean and spacious. It was great to have the walk in breakfast. The last time I stayed, there was home made oatmeal, and this time it was packaged quick oats. I would have preferred the home made oatmeal.

That the gas station was right there. It was right off the highway. Clean and quiet. I felt safe.

Beautiful new hotel, excellent value. Our room included a second queen bed, with frosted French doors separating it from the main room. There were sound controls for a Neuro spa, with little speakers to help you fall asleep. Ideal for people with a snoring partner. Every hotel should have this!

Excellent excellent excellent service. I encountered nothing but kind people who took their job and my family’s comfort to heart. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety for different tastes and diets. The room was spic-and-span and roomy, and the bed was quite comfortable. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The lady at the front desk was excellent and very informative and the smile never left her face.
