Far exceeded expectations. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable, clean. Bathroom was very large as well. Overall highly recommend and would visit again. Close to the metro.

This is a lovely property with quality in service and products at its heart. The bed was very comfortable, the towels were lush and sizable. I enjoyed having a tea pot and cups to enjoy daily tea. My husband and I enjoyed eating a light meal on the balcony one evening.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, greeting us as we entered or left for the day, answering questions, offering help with our baggage.
The neighborhood is two blocks from the Cluny Museum, several blocks from Shakespeare and Company Bookstore, and the Cathedral of Notre Dame. It’s a great place to walk or take a Metro, with two stations nearby.
The restaurants in the immediate area cater to English speaking tourists, so for better food options, go to Boulevard Saint Germain. We enjoyed The Bistro des Lettres two nights in a row.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay at this same property upon a future trip to Paris.

Charming little boutique hotel. Only challenge is the tiny elevator. Great location in the heart of the Latin Quarter, surrounded by many restaurants. Concierge made many reccomendations for us. Well located for all the tourist locations.

The staff was very nice. One of their staff Mr. Amir was the best. I have never seen such nice staff member in hospitality. He made the stay of our group of friends very memorable by providing the best service one can ask for. When our whole group will be back after our daily excursion, he will provide us complimentary, tea, wine, cakes and so many goodies.
However, very disappointed with the cleanliness, the towels that we left all the floor that need to changed were just picked up from floor, folded and kept back on racks and it was not in one room but happened with 2 other rooms in our friends group. We could find this as the my wife dropped drop of eyeliner and wife and it was still there in the new towels.

My wife and I had a lovely stay in a room with a terrace. The staff was exceptional and provided great restaurant recommendations in the neighborhood that we wouldn’t have ended up at otherwise.
The room was spacious with modern furnishings. All around a wonderful experience.

We had a great experience at this boutique hotel. The room was very clean and an updated bathroom - great shower! The service and staff were excellent and top notch. Sebastian and Caroline were exceptional - attentive, friendly and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Location is very good - in the heart of the Latin district. Busy area but was quiet at night. Definitely would stay here again!

Fantastic location close to everything, but very quiet - located in pedestrian zone. Classy afternoon tea (espresso in my case) with a few pastries - just right, got to work a little. Great front desk experience as well.

This hotel was incredibly well managed and a pleasure to stay in. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Bathrooms were very big for European standards and the products in the bathrooms worked and smelled great-- no need to pack shampoo and body wash! Beds were comfortable and the windows open to centuries-old churches and cafes. Like the picture of Paris you've always had in your head. Truly a dreamy experience!! Would recommend without reservation.

Our stay at Hotel Parc St Severin was wonderful. The location of the hotel is very close to Notre Dame, Musee Cluny, the Luxembourg gardens, the Pantheon, Sainte Chapelle and the Seine river walk. It's in the Latin quarter where you can wander one-way brick streets (very little car traffic), browse small shops and enjoy a drink in many small brasseries. The hotel staff is very welcoming and attentive. Our room was comfortable, very clean and on the corner of the building with views down three narrow streets and a wide alley which included historic, gothic-style St Severin church and 5 Severin brasserie. We had a perfect week.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for exploring the heart of Paris. Our room was beautiful, the breakfast was very nice, and the staff couldn't have been more friendly. I cannot think of a single criticism.

We stayed for 3 nights and the front desk staff all greeted us as if we were guests in their own homes. The room was very clean and surprisingly quiet (we were on the 3rd floor). This is a small hotel tucked away on a side street; maybe 20 or so guest rooms. It is a quick walk to the metro and to Notre Dame, and lots of shops surround the hotel in every direction. Breakfast each morning was great too: a wide variety of options and delicious. The front desk arranged for reliable transportion directly to the airport for us. We would absolutely choose this hotel again for a future visit!

The staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Each person we dealt with was exceptional in answering simple and complex questions and offering suggestions. For example, we were informed of a pending rail strike and ways to avoid delays without asking.
The location is very good near Notre Dame. The room was small and the bathroom was tiny with a "deep tub shower" (which I think are dangerous).
We would stay at Hotel Parc Saint Severin on our next Paris stop.

I highly recommend this place in the Latin quarter. Close to Notredame cathedral. Louvre museum is at a walkable distance. Lively area for food and drinks. Our check in was seamless and perfect. Our stay was very comfortable. Hotel even provided us with free water and coca cola in our room. Staff are knowledgeable, prompt, and professional.

Nice hotel but if you call an Uber they cannot find the location. The street is blocked off when it is dark outside. I had my ride cancelled once and had to send many msgs another time to secure the location. Plus, the elevator barely fits two people. The lights in the room worked randomly. The staff was excellent. The metro close to the hotel was closed.
