While the oom was clean, the bed coverings were not. No clock in room

We arrived around 9 pm after a much longer drive than expected due to traffic in a cold rainy winter night. Looking forward to a comfortable room. The heat in the room was turned OFF and this was winter. The heater in the room was really noisy and we had to keep our coats and shoes on to stay warm. There is no carpet in the floor which was freezing. On the positive side, there was plenty of hot water, the bed was comfortable, and the WiFi was fine. We will not take a chance on staying here ever again.

Couch was gross - stained. Toilet was actually on a slant. Bedding was very old. Pillows were terrible.

The room has a bad smell. It is not clean. The internet is basically not working. I will not recommend this place.

When we drove up to our room as there was a lot of noise and people outside there rooms sitting and standing around. Did not feel comfortable and did not stay. People looked shady. I did not care as I did not get reimbursed bc I checked in at 3 and left and went back to the room at 10 at night.

The Tower Inn is a fine place to stay for a business trip. The bed was more comfortable than I expected!

The WiFi does not reach the rooms in the back of the property. We kept getting a message that said we needed to "move closer". And the majority if the tV stations on the direct TV had such poor connection that they were unwatchable.

Pleased to see that the room was clean and spacious. Nice amount of towels provided. Good location for our visit.

The place smelled really bad. There is a guy doing the cleaning he does at his best but is not much he can do with this old place The floor under the toilet is sinking down that's where the smell come from.

Beds are very confortable, but although there IS a kitchen there is nothing yo cook with.

This a motel, not a suites hotel. Very basic. But there are very few options if you want to be in Guilford.

We were disturbed in the middle of the night by the movies crew departing and the lighting they used for the shoot.

Had booked for 3 of us including my 1 year old daughter, and requested a crib. When checking in, I asked about the crib and the owner just said no dont have one. Daughter ended up having to sleep in a king side bed and genuinely fell out the bottom during the night. Signs everywhere saying they take no responsibility if your belongings are stolen which was disconcerting. Rooms look on to car park, and doors dont fill the frames very well so room was freezing, had to have heat on full blast which stank, and came on and off as the temperature raised and dropped which was extremely noisy, waking our daughter up each time. Wifi wasnt available when we arrived, fridge wasnt clean, bed wasnt clean, everything in the room very old. Was also really expensive for some reason, a genuinely shocking hotel. Didnt feel safe at all.

The bed was fairly comfortable. Everything else was in desparate need of updating. A number of broken items.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I arrived and there was nobody at what seemed to be a motel-type desk. I had to call the phone for someone to appear. While the gentleman was friendly, this was the only decent part of the experience. I walked into the suite and was immediately met with a dank, musty odor and moldy furniture. I immediately knew I could not spend 5 seconds in this place, let alone an overnight stay. I didn’t even want to put my bag down on the floor. I have never had such a negative visceral reaction to a room, and honestly I found myself going 500 ft up the road to the Comfort Inn. I tried to get a refund through hotels.com but since it was pre paid apparently there is nothing they can do.

Good customer service and prompt attention

We left after one night as we the sheets were filthy and had blood stains. The toilet was falling of the wall, gnats were flying out of the sink, bugs and cobwebs and it had a mildew smell. I am know trying to get my money back from Expedia. Funny thing is we went to the Comfort Inn right next store and it was the same owners. It is clear the chain brand gets attention and they are just running the old hotel in to the ground for poor souls that are trying to get out cheap. Never again

Convenient to beach and plenty of dining options. One of the stovetop burners did not work and fridge could be colder, but we still very much enjoyed our stay.

Great place for visit with children. Room is very spacious. Staff is very friendly. Great value. Conveniently located at the edge of town.

This was a convenient place to stay within a few miles of beaches, parks, eateries and shopping. However, we didn't bother to turn on the window A/C because the vents were not cleaned! Spiderwebs, dust, etc.

Our family rented 4 rooms for an event being held, in Madison. We all enjoyed our stay.

The staff was extremely accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

We just needed a breaknfrom the day to day and some alone time. Great stay and lovely staff
