Ac was broken roughly around 90 in my room

The worst ever!!!! The room they gave me was stinking cigarette, even though they are in a non-smoking zone the second room they gave me where I stayed had a leak in the bathroom. The toilet was not flushing the sheets not squeaky clean. The TV was broken and not working and the plugs were barely attached to the walls, I was told the maintenance guy was going to come but after 9 PM at 11 PM nobody still came. I rang the bell and the manager refused to come to my room to check anything. Very rude people.

Room was a bit less than clean with stains on the towels and on the sheets. The worst part though was the broken AC. It was over 80 degrees and probably 90 degrees in the room. This is also a motel where the majority of the guests are long term and in a not so nice part of the peninsula.

Staff availability and check-in were smooth. Despite a somewhat dingy atmosphere, the hotel's affordability matched my expectations. Its prime location was convenient, and the bed and bathroom were clean. However, noise from neighboring rooms and traffic from the nearby major road were disruptive, particularly on the first floor. Next time, I'll request a room on a higher floor. Overall, it's a budget-friendly option, but don't expect tranquility

The bed was very bad and the towels were very dirty, so I checked out of the hotel one day early.

Was stinky inside the room. Towels were dirty and so was the room. Bathroom floors were sticky.

Smoking in non-smoking facility; Inoperable heating and inadequate response to issues. I’m requesting and was told I would receive a full refund.

The room is clean but the the bed are very uncomfortable to sleep and smelly carpets. I have to buy room spray to freshen up. Shower faucets are hard to adjust the water temperature

The manager was mean, he yelled at me when I asked for my property. After I left the kept charging my credit card. They need to be shut down

Parking was easy. The room was a bit loud due to road noise coming from a lack of door and window seals.

I like the location but the bathroom fan and heater fan was noisy. I got short hair and I found long hair strand on the bathroom. The bathtub and toilet drains slowly. The towels are stained. But again it's ok the price. It seems the used to be $50 motels got doubled due to inflation.

Just right. Clean but they don’t provide clean towels on my 3rd night of stay and they didn’t clean my room.

Use to be a great place. People smoking outside my room causing my room to smell like smoke allnight. Stayed here in the past many times. The linen and towels need replacing bad in the room I stayed in. Passed on a shower due to unclean towels and face cloths.

Just a one night stay before 2 days of surgery at a nearby hospital. The room was super clean and comfortable

This is a decent, bare bones motel. Sufficiently clean and safe. The “non smoking” room smelled strongly of smoke. They clearly do not enforce smoking rules.
