Normally my first pick and favorite place to stay, however this time the room was not so great. AC was blasting freezing cold air which is good, but unless you left it on nonstop (which lead to room getting too cold) it would be extremely hot in room … so basically had choice of too hot or too cold. Shower had same issue, warm didn’t seem to exist for some reason. Spent 20+ minutes trying to adjust temperature of shower and could only have choice of burning hot or cold, they would not mix no matter what we did (yes we had it in middle and tried every adjustment possible). TV was not working properly but new maintenance man was on it and very apologetic as he fixed it, he unfortunately wasn’t trained properly to know all he needed to know so had to wait for additional help before it could be fixed. No blame to maintenance man at all as he was sweet and amazing, he did all he could as fast as he could but still took over hour to fix as other guy had to arrive from home to help. Hoping it was just this one room and issues this one time, as normally we enjoy our stay here.

The best things about staying at this property were the nice staff and the shuttle. We were able to get a ride on the shuttle to Dulles twice so we could get the Metro down to the mall. The shuttle also came to pick us up upon our return on the Metro. You do have to be at Dulles in 2G and walk to the Metro station but it was still very convenient and signage is great.

What we didnt like is that instead of putting 2 TV's like what the hotel room is designed to. They put a TV in between the "living room" and the Bedroom. It looked out of place. Breakfast is ordinary.

Non stop Running toilet. No one came to fix. First front desk said there are no rooms to swap. Later I had to shut off and on toilet valve to stop noise and toilet working. Bed was sagging and soft. Not expected at Marriott affiliated hotels. Breakfast was ok. Overall not a pleasant experience.

The staff at reception were very polite and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were sufficient and staff worked diligently to refill any needed items. The pool is an added bonus . I will certainly return to this hotel on the future.

I lovvvvvvveeee this hotel, room spacious, breakfast spot on, comfy, customer service excellent, adult friendly, kid friendly, family friendly, I only wish the beds were alot bigger, the queen felt like a full size.

Very clean and very safe hotel.Ideal hotel for two or three day stay with a small pool and gym and free breakfast and wifi.The tv service only has a couple of channels so make sure you bring your pc or tablet to stream movies.Good hotel for the price.

We just stayed at this property to catch a flight. The room was nice and clean, comfy bed, friendly hotel staff. Took us to the airport by shuttle and picked us up . We will definitely stay again
