Staff very friendly and helpful - air conditioning not up to standard, however staff provided a portable which helped a little

Hotel was excellent! Rooms were basic but clean, MASSIVE balcony with table and chairs and 2 sun loungers. Air con in bedroom, ceiling fan in living area. Great having access to 3 large pools. Would definitely return to this hotel.

We booked this on recommendation from others however we were very disappointed. The apartment is tired and looking old. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Paint was coming off the walls and the shower cubicle was mouldy.
We were also told that no noise could be heard from the main Puerto Rico complex! We doubted this and were correct! It was noisy!
However it's in a good location and the terrace was huge and great for sunbathing on. But the complex is huge, busy and sadly not what we were looking for. Also you have to pay for air conditioning! We won't be staying there again and there are far better properties in the Puerto Rico area for a similar price. It's definitely not as plush as the pictures show!
We even tried the pool area at the Terrazamar and that was noisy too.
Our other concern is that the sunbathing terrace is not very private and other people can jump over onto your terrace as the dividing wall isn't complete, which is worrying from a safety point of view. We even had a woman peering over!! You are looked on from above due to the staggered design of the apartments.

Booked last minute, literally, when the apartment I thought that I had booked turned out to be unavailable. Servatur had one room available for the night and it was a great stay. Even had time to enjoy the pool area before leaving for another apartment I managed to find.

Great experience, staff friendly, frequently cleaned, spacious apartments and balcony with everything needed and excellent location to mall and commercial centre for shops, bars and restaurants.

Beautiful balcony, lovely room, far enough away from the centre to be nice and quiet overnight. Room cleaners were excellent and friendly.

Stay was ok room pleasant enough great shower and veranda. Facilities ok good pool and plenty of sun beds. No bar or shop facilities onsite (Terrazamar) unlike at Sun Suite sister hotel other than that good.

Lovely hotel, good location close to shopping and food and only a 15 min walk to the beach. Clean and nice and acommodating staff. Works for both friends and family. Had an amazing stay overall!

First time staying at the sunsuites and we thought they were great .Amazing balconies , rooms spacious, close to centre and a short walk to beach , enjoyed it so much already booked for next year .

Very dirty. I found a lot of ant on bed. Shower pressure is poor. Water flow blocking is shower all the time. Cleaning lady not doing their work properly

First time staying in this terrazamar and we loved it , within walking distance of everything , room was spacious and cleaned almost every day. All staff very friendly has nothing to complain about. Pool area was quiet when we went so no rushing for beds, man at the pool bar serving was brilliant, always smiling and happy and excellent customer service

Second time I have stayed in the sun suites, The apartments are well maintained, fantastic large private balcony with 2 sun beds & table chairs, great to sunbathe in peace !!! Bathroom and bedroom are also a good standard. Kitchen is basic with microwave, fridge/ freezer and 2 ring electric cooker, no oven. Enough for us as we are out a lot !!! Cleaners are friendly and work hard to keep them spotlessly clean. Reception staff are always kind and willing to help. I love the place hence we returned !!! Would definitely recommend.

I have stayed here several times and keep coming back as the rooms are clean, has all what need in then, powerfully shower, excellent free wifi, tv also available for a small charge. Huge balcony and a great location

We booked in for 1 night at the end of a holiday in another place. The room we were given was really tired and in need of complete renovation. The plastic table outside had been melted at some point by maybe a pan and needed throwing away. There were broken, loose floor tiles in the bathroom, the inner frames had sharp veneer peeling off them and the air conditioning kept turning itself off and not coming back on when the room warmed up so the room was really hot and the €6 a day charge for the a/c was a waste of money.

having stayed at Sunsuites for 12 times in past 7 years I believe that will tell you what I think about the apartments. They have upgraded the apartments in the past year and this has certainly enhanced the visitor experience. Ideally situated being very close to the main commercial centre but still in a very quiet location

Location is very good and the room is spacious and clean, but the patio was untidy and the parasol was broken. We had building work going on in front of us ( not the hotels fault ) but they could have cleaned the patio and sun beds before we checked in. We stayed here last year and paid 40% less and then it felt a value for money experience. This year the substantially higher price made us feel we did not get value for money.

This hotel is amazing. The balcony is to die for. Huge with a nice patio set and sun loungers to relax on. Artificial grass covers the balcony. The apartment is a good size too. Separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area. All of a good size. Kitchen has a full fridge freezer which i like. Fan in living area and aircon in bedroom. Location is great. Out back/bottom gate and commercial centre is right there. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I love it
