Excellent location in soho. Rooms were a bit small but to be expected in central new york.

It’s a typical hotel in Manhattan, where you’re dealing with street noise and a room with a very small closet . But all in all I give it a three out of five. New York.

Everything was fine with the hotel. My only problem is after providing credit cards. Somehow it was used at a Foot Locker, which was a fraudulent charge.

We spent 4 days there over a long weekend as a family of 4 in a double queen room. They were able to accommodate our room location preference. We were in the back on a lower floor for less street noise and not deal with the elevator (the view wasn’t important to us but they do have high rooms with views). AC worked well. Front desk was very helpful. Morning coffee in the lobby was pretty good and very convenient. The mattresses and bedding were very comfortable and clean. Hall noise wasn’t too bad either bc even tho walls and doors are thin-ish there are very few rooms per floor to have much foot traffic. Location is great near the Village and soho. Also near subway and lots of food options.

Nice place at a good price. Clean, quiet (for a city) and the front desk staff were friendly. Shower heads were really nice also. Only suggestion is they get a bigger vanity or put a shelf in the bathroom- someplace to put your stuff.

A very poorly insulated hotel / windows- if you don’t mind getting awoken by drilling or garbage trucks at 3am, and bed sheets that smell of chlorine then this hotel might work out

The hotel was an okay stay for a weekend

I stayed here with my 3 kids and we had a great stay. We had one loud evening with some guests loudly talking and partying, which you can't prevent, however, I called the front office and they put a stop to it immediately! That made me feel valued and appreciated. We loved our room, the shower pressure was amazing and the beds were comfortable, and I enjoyed the coffee in the lobby each morning. I definitely will stay here again!

Great stay! Would definitely recommend staying here. I had very minor issues like having a broken AC Unit and phone, which ended up being fixed but overall 10/10.

The area was great. Not busy at all. Very convenient to get to many places.

Staff was very kind when checking in and out. Very accommodating. If I come back to New York i will stay here again.

I stayed here in the past and I returned to this hotel for its great location. Soho, Tribeca and the Village are minutes away. Plenty of restaurants to choose from at walking distance. Train station 2 minutes away. The hotel is nice. The staff very kind. My room was clean and quite but a little small. It worked out fine cause I was travelling alone and had a small suitcase. Not for 2 people with big suitcases.

Great location! We were right in the center of uptown/downtown Manhattan with subway stops less than 3 blocks from the hotel for each attraction. There’s tons of food in the area. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is in a prime location close to all the hot spots that NY has to offer. Hotels in good shape, rooms are a little small. Parking is about three blocks down the street from the hotel, the hotel offered a slight discount on the daily rate, but we still paid what seemed way too much for parking which the concierge at the hotel said is normal in New York… when walking around we did see cheaper parking options.

Room is very small. My room is facing a wall, no view at all. Everything else is good and clean. It is very close to SoHo and subway station. Love the fact that I could get hot and cold water from the gym.

Nice size room with a very comfortable King size bed. Love the neighborhood!

Only criticism is that the room did not have a fridge.

Loved our stay here! Friendly and helpful staff, perfect location for restaurants and shopping and Trader Joe’s. Close to Metro stations. Room was very comfortable. Happy to have an ice machine—something we missed in Europe. No fridge, but glad that that helps to keep energy usage down! Beautiful room, and we felt safe walking at night.

I enjoyed the location -- close to some great restaurants, convenient subway proximity, and even for a walk along the Hudson! Enjoyed the coffee shop directly across the street too.
