First of all the main image on the website is 100% misleading. The image of the tall curved building is shows as being the hotel is of a completely irrelevant building about 0.5km away from the hotel.
I feel as though I have been cat fished as the main hotel entrance is alone a seedy row of shops next door to a Burger King.
Once inside it is better, the rooms were basic but comfortable and the staff were always pleasant

The VIP Gold experience was underwhelming: You get four pieces of chocolate, 10 gram each. Eventually managed to negotiate late check out (only one hour). Had to show proof of reservation and program perks, reception didn't seem to know anything about their partnership with hotels.com. The hotel also fell victim to a data breach. The reception and management didn't deem it necessary to proactively inform their customers of that fact. When I brought up the phishing attempt while checking in, it was shrugged off with something along the lines of "don't click on unknown links, not our fault". Would I receive an update and official information on what happened? Sure, they said. That was two weeks ago and I haven't heard back. I'd expect a commercial operator to take more responsibility. Overall, an amateurish operation, dated furniture, and a general standard I'd rank as below what Ibis would offer. Close to the train station, at least something.

Good for an overnight stay close to the train station, nothing special. You can’t connect to the smart TV so if you don’t speak the language you can’t watch anything on the TV.

Fantastic hotel in the proximity of the Train Station in Liege. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very nice. Near the hotel there are some eateries but I have not tried them as I arrived late at night. Friendly and helpful receptionists.

Location very close to main train station which is convenient. But these neighborhoods also attract less desirable people. For the old center you’d have to walk quite far. Staff very friendly and their English is good. Breakfast, as so often, is far too expensive. The Starbucks affiliate in the train station is not nice and there are practically no breakfast places and bakeries. There is a parking close by which is very convenient and cheaper than other public parkings since they have an agreement with the hotel. Ask the reception staff.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels but this one was very different for me ( Liege) This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much for all members of staff.

Belle salle de bains, très bonne literie, grande penderie et placards, grand bureau comfortable. Bouilloire et deux gobelets en porcelaine dans la chambre, avec thé et café gracieusement offerts. Bonne connexion wifi.
Je n'ai pas goûté au petit-déjeuner, j'ai dû partir très tôt - le receptionniste de nuit était très souriant et efficace lui aussi. Je vais certainement y retourner.

Accueil chaleureux et professionnel ; grande chambre agréable et confortable ; petit déjeuner buffet très varié et copieux (salé/sucré/chaud/froid) ; mesures d'hygiène scrupuleusement respectées dans tout l'hôtel (par ex. gants individuels de service au petit déjeuner, gel à disposition à de multiples points ; vitres à la réception etc.) ; emplacement pratique près de la gare permettant de laisser sa valise ou sa voiture au parking de l'hôtel puis de rayonner dans toute la ville grâce à de fréquents bus en qqes minutes (plusieurs restaurants/cafés également à disposition près de l'hôtel si besoin). Un séjour des plus réussis avec excellent rapport qualité-prix ! A recommander.
