Very unprofessional staff over charged me for luggage carrier im disabled no support for disabled ppl. Room service food was terrible, front desk kept hanging up on me when I requested management plumbing issues was changed to a different room just horrible

Everyone here was super nice and incredibly helpful. Room was super clean, comfortable, great shower. I really wish there was a water filter in the gym that I could fill my bottle from, rather than just more tiny plastic bottles. But that's a small eco thing, by and large the stay was awesome.

Great location! Me and my family ran the Detroit Free Press Half Marathon.

My niece and I loved the hotel! We were severely disappointed in the Casino part of it. The guard at the entryway of the casino was not very nice when we first arrived, not knowing the rules. We were unable to go to any of the restaurants near the entryway because my niece is 18, at home casinos allow 18 & up. We had to wait until 5 to order food from room service, which caused a wait because everyone ordering at the same time, & caused us to be late for our event. When we went to grab the food we ordered. My niece was waiting across the hall not bothering anyone, reading and the guard kept glaring at her. I was surprised with the fact that there is smoking allowed and unfortunately caused my allergies & asthma to flare badly.

Early check-in, even 20 minutes, costs an additional fee of $25. The room was clean and updated and staff at valet and luggage check were great. Downsides were checkout was 11 a.m. but can be extended for $50, which only gets you to noon. Could hear everything in the hallway and outside, not quiet at all which was the most frustrating when trying to get a good night's sleep.

Second time staying here, very nice room, great view, nice casino, great Greek restaurant. Walking distance to Red Wings.

Was in town for the pink concert. Our stay at Hollywood Casino was wonderful. Staff wonderful and our room was great. Very comfortable beds. Would recommend this property. Will most definitely stay agaib

You must request that your room is cleaned up, otherwise it doesn’t happen.

Overall stay was decent. The room was nice and clean. 27th floor and the views were immaculate. Added bonus was free drinks and food at the sky lounge. The gentlemen Carlos and Rob were a pleasure to chat with. On the downside housekeeping did not clean the room during our stay. When we questioned the front desk they explained but this information would’ve been nice to have upon check-in. The phone in the room did not work and when calling the front desk from our cell phones no one answered resulting in us having to go down to the front desk to request extra towels. We were told check out was at noon however someone was knocking on our door at 11 asking when we’re leaving. The staff were some of the least friendliness staff we’ve encountered in a very long time.

Hotel is located in a better area of downtown Detroit. A lot of security presence in the area that makes us feel safe. The property is in good condition - everything worked during the stay. We were there for a trade event at the Huntington Place, which is within walking distance (1.2km - 30 minutes). Had the People Mover (monorail) worked, it would take about 10 minutes.

The stay was just okay. Valet was cool and convenient the check in was easy. I only stayed 1 night. The rooms have been updated but still dirty our bedding had stains sheets and pillows. The shower, mirrors, sink were dirty I ended wiping the mirrors and sink down with the disinfectant wipes I brought. Just not my standard. The walls are thin the neighbors had music playing which is fine, they had it up so loud we could feel the base. The Hotel casino experience is cool. It was just okay for the night probably won’t be back.

We've stayed in many hotels in Detroit, but this by far is the best hotel. The location, is geat and offers astonishing views of Detroit both past and present. I mean, where can you go and look out your window and see the historic Fox Theater, Music Hall, Comerica Park and Ford Field just to name a few. It also rained during our stay but, being inside of a hotel that has a casino allowed for us to have a great time, plus free parking. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We enjoyed the hotel and the location. The room was great but the floor could have been cleaner. We asked for late check out and they told us there was a charge so we declined, but they locked us out of our room before 11:00, then called us after we had left and said the maid said our stuff was still in the room, which it was not because we checked out at 10:40. Bad communication. I did however enjoy Ebony at the front desk. She was kind and very helpful!

We loved everything about this hotel excepts for Housekeeping. Requested housekeeping twice. First time she took our tip and only left towels. Did not empty the trash or take out the used towels. Second time we got a stack of towels and nothing else. Otherwise, liked our stay and trip.

Very awesome stay and the view from the room was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially after my friend lost her phone and they were able to get it back to her.

Front desk not helpful with directions but valet driver had the knowledge. Valet leader very welcoming. Room needs more lighting and there was no one to remake the beds.

Very modern cool hotel. Fantastic decor and design from the lobby to the room. Very Clean. Comfortable beds great easy parking and wonderful FREE valet!!!! Close to everything and a Dunkin Donut Shop in the lobby!

Great location. Walked to our concert at The Fillmore. It was clean and didn't feel unsafe anyway. Skywalk to the casino was convenient.

Was amazing and the views were amazing. Clean and great facilities. They also have free valet service with a tip.

I enjoyed the property itself, rooms and building were clean, check in was fast. My issue was with valet parking. They brought my car down with a flat tire and did nothing to help, and still charged me for it.

Came into town for the Usher concert and booked this hotel because it said it was walking distance to the arena as well. It was not walking distance but the hotel was beautiful and very good location. Would book again.
