Check in was hard work as only one person the desk so it took over 30 minutes. Also, there was a small drop off area and involved blocking two cars in. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful however. One thing which I did find odd was that the hotel states it has parking which it doesn't..... its 300m away and is an additional cost. A fantastic view of the beach on the roof and nice pool.

I made my checkin at 1:00 am and they gave me a room, as soon I woke up they made me move out from the room stating that I should be downgraded. No superior room, no sea view. Rude receptionist

My wife and I spent 5 days recently and we were very disappointed. The wifi signal didn't reach our room and despite our complaints to reception they didn't fix it. Furthermore, the toilet and shower doors didn't close properly and the rooms are so small that you don't even have space for your luggage.

I have stayed two times at this hotel, once in Sept. 2020 and again in May 2021. The location is excellent. It is very clean and well furnished. The staff also are very friendly and helpful. I was eating dinner alone and the waiter jokingly sat down at the table and called another waiter over to take our order saying that he could be my date. LOL. The location of this hotel is very close to restaurants and shops as well as right on the beachfront. My only area to recommend for improvement would be the breakfast...and this is difficult I realize due to covid restrictions. However, the hotel needs more staff working during breakfast to avoid long lines and wait times for food. The workers were clearly working very hard, but there were just not enough of them.

We also booked parking 2 weeks in advance and was confirmed by staff but when we arrived it was no longer available because given to somebody that prolonged their stay. We were not even notified. You would need to book a parking spot in advance prior to arriving hotel, and it is about 3 mins walk to the carpark from the building. But the hotel location is amazing, right in front of beach and rooms are comfortable and able to accommodate my 4 pax family (3 beds + 1 extra). However, the reception staff and the staff at breakfast venue could do with a little bit of kindness. They are not friendly and almost refused my husband entry to cafe for breakfast because the 3 of us were already seated. We only asked that the staff be more polite instead of refusing him rudely. View from pool is amazing tho, almost made up for the bad service.

Lovely hotel and resort but some restaurants and bars only open at weekends

3 stars but everything of a 4 star hotel. Nice location on esplanade direct to coastal line and therefore with see view. Walking distance from shops and restaurants, close to real center but just outside so you don't have the traffic or other noise. Modern appealing with fancy restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Large family room. Definitely advised to stay here.

The location is outstanding - right on the beach. 5 minutes out the door and youre on the sand. The flip side is its noisy and you dont have much privacy. Our beds were uncomfortable and that was my biggest complaint. The pool was also on the small side. Other than that, it was what we expected and what was advertised.
