In big need of renovation.

First of all, no aircon in the lobby and the corridor at all. It was bloody hot every single day.

One of the most terrible hotels you will come across in your life. Pathetic room condition - rotten furniture, third class bedding, the surface the white dots and it was smelling like hell. Cockroaches were feasting there. We have a small baby, have asked them to change the room which they did but still it was not worth it. worst room service, they don’t have any staff after 5 pm. The breakfast didn’t had any vegetarian options. This is one of the hell hole. Equally worst from hotels.com to have this kind of hotel in their list. DO NOT GO THERE, NEVER.

In my previous stay, the room was fine.
The superior room selection in my last stay was v because the bathroomery wrong
Because the bathroom was very dirty and very squishy It's like a detailed cleaning hasn't been done for a long time.
That's why I'm not satisfied at all

The reception staff ok, but The Night Manager was terrible on my check in evening, The food was very average and the staff was below average in this area and the exec lounge, have stayed many times but will not stay again, and the executive lounge is laughable and not even close to 4 star, I rate Furama is 2.5 STAR maximum, room key didn't work twice this visit, it happens every time I stay there very old now needs major renovations carpets dirty.

Our overall experience at this hotel was highly positive. Although we initially encountered an issue with our room's cleanliness on a high floor, the staff promptly addressed it and moved us to a more updated room. This suggested that perhaps the first room hadn't been recently renovated. The standout feature was the outstanding service from the staff and concierge, who assisted us in booking day trips, car transfers, and even babysitting. The central location allowed us to explore Bangkok easily, ultimately overshadowing any downsides in room condition. A great choice for those seeking excellent service and a convenient location!

I’ve stayed here many times over the past few decades. It’s fantastic Silom location and friendly staff have always brought me back. BUT this time I was shocked by the lack of repair in my first room - ac not working and mould on bath area. The manager made good with a replacement room… but guys… you’ve got to keep up standards. I hope you do.

Always love it there. She's getting a little old, but the standards are excellent. Staff are great, breakfast buffet great, rooftop pool and bar fantastic, love the area, great bar across the road, close to great restaurants. Will always stay there in Bangkok.

It is bad smell in bath and are small bugs in the room. So I asked room to change cleaned room. Only benefit is that price is very lower than other hotel

Fine/Good. The room was quiet and clean, and the bathroom was clean but quite dated. Only 1 pillow per person on the bed. Staff were friendly and it was reasonably priced.

Great rooms that have a beautiful view of Bangkok. Friendly professional staff and housekeepers. Linen and towel change very much appreciated. Easy access to surrounding malls and availability of alternative transport to tourist attractions at hotel doorstep.

Hotel room is big, but old. Elevator sometimes skips floors especially if a lot of floors are selected. Breakfast buffet is good. Location is good. Although overall it is still worth the price.

I liked the location for shops, access to transportation, some desent restaurants, and close to historical properties. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
In terms of dislike, I was hugely disappointed with the advertised gym. All the gym equipment was and has been out of service for a long time. Apart from free weights there is nothing that works and the air quality was bad.
I disliked the bathroom as there is a low ceiling area above the sink, and the light was terrible when I shaved.
The couch had seen it's better days, and was very uncomfortable.
The mattress on the bed needs replacement.
The elevators/lifts are slow and the key card for the elevator took some time to allow connect.

Property is situated close to Icon Siam and other nearby restaurants and eateries.
Room was old and smells old, too. Sliding door of the bathroom is broken and won't close properly so we had to put a side table to just secure it. Dining area where we had our breakfast was old and a bit dark. Same food options everyday and quality was just average.

The room need updates and Tv doesn’t working, there wasn’t bath towels when we got to the room, we needed shower after long flight from U.S the toilet paper wasn’t the whole role. Was already half gone/used, the furniture was so out dated, just need lot of maintenance. The front desk was very helpful, the breakfast wasn’t much selection. Dinning area was very clean. The kitchen staffs did great job…
