Below average hotel and service

We just wanted to sleep for a night before my surgery. There was a celebration in the garden, which were high volume music and a lot of bass. Until midnight, we couldn’t sleep. I called the reception and they just told me they can do nothing, Only thing we asked for was a good night sleep, Stay away from this hotel if you want to sleep even it is a five star expensive one they cannot guarantee a good night sleep for you.

This is a great hotel at a very convenient location. The room layout is nice. A good sized bathroom. In close proximity to restaurants, bars, and shopping. I find the area to be extremely safe and quiet enough (there is some live music later in the day that is audible but not terrible. The place has a nice bar/restaurant to have meetings. A good selection of buffet breakfast is served (if paid for). Only aspect that subtracts from the experience is the perceived scrutiny by the security each time you enter. This is nothing invasive just a glance but I could do without it :)

Aykut, Mustafa and Mr Recep were really helpful and respectful. They were always ready to help carry the luggage’s or call us a taxi.

Whenever I go to Ankara I stay at this hotel because this is probably one of the best hotels I have stayed at.

This hotel is not a safe hotel , as the housekeeping when I was in breakfast ; although I put DONT DISTURB SIGN on the door ; he picked up money from my wallet . I informed manager , but did nothing . Very unresponsive manager !!!!!

Very nice staff, need to give a lot of credit to front desk and security. They are always very helpful and polite.

The hotel was beautiful and the service was outstanding as always in turkey. It was also walking distance from a mall and many amazing restaurants.

We were there for brain surgery at the hospital down the street. The hotel was in a good location near the hospital and plenty of restaurants to walk to. We got massages and the spa rooms were impressive.

Nice hotel and what I liked best was that it was quiet. Sat outside after breakfast and enjoyed my coffee and it was quiet.

Efficient taxi service from the airport. Ordered room service for food which came quickly. Clean. I didn't venture out (as I was too tired), so overall comfortable.

Overall it’s a BUSINESS hotel not suitable for family or friends or lovers...it’s super MASCULINE including the staff!Plus the staff’s attitude is super arrogant and rude!

Hotel is good, clean, convenient, just not great. Room was nice. Food merely ok. Bar closed for three successive evenings for private parties.
