Fantastic 6-night stay at a cute, clean, retro, and very friendly Burbank motel. Wonderful Mexican restaurant next door with delicious food and drinks, convenient parking, relaxing heated pool, and fun/quirky room decor cemented the Tangerine as our new go-to accommodations when visiting the LA/Hollywood area!

My husband and I enjoyed staying at the Tangerine. The room we were in was newly renovated with wood flooring and smell of tangerine as we walked in our room. My brother and sister were next door to us but there room was not updated like ours. They served pastries every morning and had an amazing coffee machine that made many yummy coffee and tea. The location was down the street from many restaurants and just a 10-15 minute walk to Warner Bros Studio. Overall, our say was great. We would definitely stay here again as this was our second time staying at this location.

We flew into Burbank airport. This hotel was conveniently located for all the things we did in the Hollywood area. All the employees were very kind and helpful. Loved the fancy coffee machine in the lobby. And our group really enjoyed the swimming pool. We'll definitely stay there again!

Stayed for 3 nights and each evening Erin was in the office. She was extremely helpful and always friendly!

The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. My only criticism is the pillows are tiny, and you get 4 of those with your king size bed. The A/C unit was not cooling off the room very well, but it was probably the hottest week in the history of LA. Overall it was a good value for our money but it isn't a five star hotel.

Great location. Very basic motel but cute. Easy to walk to lots of places. Pool was unfortunately closed for maintenence when we stayed and we have to fish some wadded up paper out of the AC unit. But nice staff and clean.

Quick and efficient check in, friendly staff, awesome complimentary breakfast with delicious coffee machine (tons of options). Perfect for what we needed. Rooms are pretty small and cramped but didn’t bother us.

It was the best location for the trips we took during our LA tour.
Clean, safe, good neighborhood and free parking made our stay so much enjoyable. (I really loved their automatic coffee machine in the front desk).

Really nice staff. Floor in room was a little dirty but we wouldn’t have known if we had not wiped up our spilled water with a white towel. It definitely did not impact our good experience. We would stay again if in town.

Comfortable, but a bit odd. Definitely a "motel." An oasis in a weird location. We stayed there during a trip to Universal Studios. Most of the parking is in the alley in the back. Yes, they do use tangerine color everywhere, but not enough to blind you. I would stay there again.

It was very retro. We felt very comfortable and safe. It has a lovely pool. It was very close to Universal Studio and Warner Brothers. Wonderful Mexican food right next door. A verity of other restaurants to walk to. The owners and staff were vert friendly.

Staff was great. Small room but place was trendy, clean, quiet and VERY close to Burbank airport, Warner Bros tour, Universal Studios, and a ton of restaurants. Pool was small but warm and clean. Awesome pastries from Portos and warm coffee, hot chocolate, expresso, tea machine for breakfast. Would recommend!

We absolutely loved staying in this boutique hotel with our two kids. The rooms are cute. The pool is awesome. The neighborhood is lovely. The staff is so helpful. Parking is simple. I would love to come stay again.

We stayed four nights in a double queen room. Room was very clean. Property was very close to Universal (5 minute uber), and walkable to the Warner Bros. studio tour. Lots of restaurants/cafes within walking distance. Area around hotel very quiet and felt very safe. They offer free breakfast (pastries), which was great when we were on the go. Would be nice to have some condiments offered as well (butter, jam, etc.)? Cold water also available to fill our water bottles each morning which was awesome. Didn’t use the pool, and while small, it looked very nice. All in all we had a great stay!

WE WENT ON A FRIENDS COUPLE TRIP ON JULY 3RD. WE STAYED AT THE TANGERINE. IT WAS A GREAT LOCATION AND A GREAT PLACE TOSTAY. MICHAEL'S HOSPITALITY WAS AMAZING. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY. THE COFFEE, TEA AND PASTRIES WERE GREAT AS WELL. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN.

It’s been a while since our last stay here, but it’s still a great place. Excellent service at front desk and very pleasant room. Great location, especially for a visit to MGM Studios. We will be back soon.

The staff were very friendly and cheerful. They gave us good info on dining and parking around the area. The bad score is due to the smelly hallway that smelled like urine, our room smelled like urine and tobacco smoke, and the AC needs updating as it was struggling.

This hotel is really cute! The staff were all top notch. I wasn't super thrilled with the parking situation (an alley behind the hotel), but the staff assured me the whole area was covered with security cameras and no one bothered my car overnight. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
