I was satisfied with the very quiet and clean room environment. All the necessities for lodging were provided, and the bathtub was well placed next to the window. What's disappointing is that it's far from shopping centers and major restaurants, and the reception staff wasn't very friendly. There was a strange smell in the hallway where the room was located, and it was disappointing that the breakfast menu was not diverse.

My preference for the bath tab with the view on a higher floor. And our room was lower floor with the inside of the building view like elevator shaft. Our room was changed to a lower floor with the view but I was very very disappointed with what they did. I just can't believe that Hilton actually has that kind of room and offered this room when others were available.

Its a ok hotel, but not good value for money - I was put in tower 1 and that tower is close to their inhouse club or something. There was music during the night - I am a easy sleeper, so not a big problem, hover for a 5 star hotel, that is not acceptable and not for that price. Its also a bit far away from the center - so same price hotel nearer the center would probably be my recommendation. However I was travelling out early next morning, so I thought it was the best option for me.

Room is very spacious and everything is in good condition. The only 2 minor issues are poor TV remote reception and relative slow shower head.
Food at breakfast and the Japanese restaurant attached was great.
Staff was helpful and friendly. I didn't have time to enjoy the gym unfortunately.
The hotel is not close to metro stop so getting around could be a bit uneasy. It is just 15 minutes away by taxi from SHA airport so this is a big bonus point if you are flying with this airport.
Overall, I enjoy the stay very much.

Nice hotel with very spacious rooms. I suggest they put instruction of how to operate the blind in the room. I had to go to the front desk to get someone to help me close the blind with a remote control. The room phone did not work that is why I had to go down to get help

Finally a business trip to China after Covid. Great room, very spacious. Comfortable bed. Seems the staff constantly trying to upsell anything. ordered double scotch at the bar and was barely a single, no rocks to hid in. Getting a taxi in Shanghai has gotten to be a real headache and they hotel didn’t have much luck either. Breakfast buffet was excellent

When I checked in, restroom at bed side room of suit rooms was used by someone and not clean. Coffee of Room Service was served with paper cups. Breakfast at 3rd floor executive lounge was good and comfortable.

Basic room was fine. Pricy breakfast option. A little far from public transportation. But nice garden area, and away from high traffic road.

Always nice to go to. Big Hotel with good facilities. Rooms are spacious and despite the hotel is there for a while already, still look very good. Nothing broken dented or scratched.
