Great location straight off the jetty right in front Runs from one bay to the next Big rooms Ok value for price position

Our family had a marvelous time at Sand Sea Resort. Lazy breakfast in the morning, great variety of food and a chef preparing all kind of egg’s related food (omelet, scrambled and so on…) surrounded by nature, path from the room to the beach (very close, my 2yo son walked by himself easily) was beautiful, very well maintained garden. Pool also was very clean and nice layout. Plenty of sun chairs to guests, we could always find one available. Food was good from the restaurant, but mostly we couldn’t resist going to “Walking Street” just a few steps away to try street food and others restaurants. Room was very spacious, daily service impeccable. I want to mention it was good for kids, bathtub and hand shower available. Nice lounge chairs in the room too. Good hair dryer (thank you for whom provided that). And the best of all: super friendly staff, specially with kids! They noticed it was my kid 3 years old birthday and surprised us making the bed special for him and also showed up in our room with a cute “Happy Birthday Cake”, they made it unforgettable! I highly recommend this hotel, family friendly or for couples, it’s really great and convenient.

Amazing hotel! Got upgraded to a very nice room and woke up with monkeys climbing in trees outside. Hotel service was excellent and very central.

Loved it! A little more of a variety during breakfast would be great!

Great experience from the moment we arrived. All personal was always helpful and nice also towards our small kids. We asked to chang room after some time just to get some chang for the kids and it was not a problem at all. Well structured and the sunset view from the restaurant is awsome.

It was okay resort which I expected from three-stars resort. Free breakfast was okay. Staffs are nice through. Water shower head was not enough pressure. Nice locations and there are several remodels building.

Excellent facility and very friendly staff

We stayed as a family of 6 in 3 rooms. 2 teenagers, a couple and 2 grandparents. We had 2 Tropical villa plus rooms and 1 grand deluxe room. The tropical villa plus rooms were detached mini villas with covered outdoor showers making you feel in touch with the tropical surroundings. Of course there are mosquitos so just be sensible and dry off inside. The rooms were charming and not polished but for the price and location it was what we expected and wanted as we felt more in touch with the surroundings. A couple of bits needed fixing to make it perfect but the air con was great, tv fine if you wanted to watch it and fridge kept water ice cold. The Grand deluxe room was better finished and more like a hotel feel. This suited our elderly relatives as there were no mosquitos and there was a balcony. The monkeys liked playing with items left on the balconies so just take clothing etc in if you are worried about it ending up in the trees! Breakfast was good. Nice selection ranging from Thai food to European breakfasts. No cheeses and meat which may be missed by some but the egg station made omelettes and a variety of egg dishes. Our children were happy with there being cereal and a nice selection of breads available. The restaurant and pools were immaculate and staff couldn’t do enough to make you feel welcome. WiFi was patchy but I had bought an eSIM with Airalo which resolved the matter. Would recommend for all. Just accept it’s Thailand and enjoy their culture.

Perfect tropical holiday, nestled amongst the soaring rocks & quiet seas.

Overall we are happy !but the conditions of the room a bit run down maybe due to years of Aging wear and tear. The front desk staff services are excellent especially the driver providing shuttle service to our room .! But I am sorry to said that the breakfast restaurant staff isn’t that friendly. Again overall is still Acceptable.

Beautiful little resort in a beautiful setting with a beautiful staff. What more can I say?

This place is a hidden gem of Koh Railay. Before my 6 friends and I arrived, we didn’t expect much of it. But once we arrived!!! We know we have to come back. Our rooms are beautiful and spacious. Some of the decor are outdated but we don’t care. What make this place so unique is all of the wild life on this property. From inside of your room, you can see 2 different types of monkeys, over 50 types of birds, lizards, iguana some snakes, squirrels and many more. The breakfast buffet is very nice. Many different items for all of dietary restrictions. I’m a vegan and my friend is vegan and gluten free and we have no problem eating at the breakfast buffet. All of the staffs here are amazing! This resort are very lucky to have an amazing team of staffing.

An amazing sea side resort. Amazing breakfast and area. Stuffs are very friendly and always smiling. Some rooms are a bit old but still good enough for a stay. I was free updated when my previous room had a wet floor issue.

Beautiful location many food options at 5 min walk.

A lizard was in my room. Spa was down while I was there. Only issues though. That's why I gave them only 4 stars.

Had a great experience. The staff were amazing to us and very helpful.

Beautiful resort, lots of amazing wildlife.

Make sure you arrive on the east side not the west beach. The photos show the west side but we had to carry our luggage all the way through the resort. There is a lot of revamping going on at the resort at the moment. Staff were friendly, and the place was well kept. However some of the rooms could do with a little care and attention but for the price you can’t grumble too much.

Clean safe and great service

Service was incredible. The property needs some work done. The pools needs repair. The setting is divine and the staff are incredibly courteous. Highly recommend. 😁
