Location was good for us.

Clean comfortable stay

Clean, comfortable room in a convenient location. Hot tub was wonderful. Also appreciated that the shower had a non-slip surface. Breakfast was great. The workout room had decent equipment, although I didn't get around to using it. Would definitely stay again if in the same area.

Staff where kind and helpful, and there was a good selection of food at breakfast. At check-in, and also at check-out, I was told that their "system was down", though they were able to process my info. The pool area was clean but worn down a bit. My only real complaint was that there were no good places to hang towels in the bathroom. This isn't the one hotel l I've encountered with this issue, though. Overall I'd recommend the hotel though.

We had a really nice stay! The room was very clean and well taken care of. However, the one AC unit in our suite could not seem to keep up and our room was pretty hot through the night. The pool was nice but the hot tub jets didn’t work. The staff was very friendly and inviting! The breakfast was really good as well! Lots of options.

Close to interstate, restaurants and shopping. Good breakfast. My door stuck so bad I had to force it open with my shoulder. I didn’t receive housekeeping (probably because the door stuck) Shower curtain was visibly dirty and looked like it had hung in dirty water all along the bottom edge. Curtains were hanging unevenly. Bedspreads were snagged all over. There were no wash cloths or hand towels. There was no toilet paper holder, the toilet paper was in a drawer. Trash can outside exit door was overflowing and there was trash on the ground around it and was in this condition for three nights I stayed.

We are local to Fort Wayne but I wanted a hotel with a jacuzzi tub and pool to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I was very disappointed that the pool area was closed. There were no signs posted about this. We got our suits on only to not be able to open the door to the pool. I asked the front desk and they said it was closed. They told us we could go to a nearby hotel 5 minutes away to swim but that was not an option for us. We didn’t want to come back with wet suits or change somewhere else. The jacuzzi tub was nice but the room was a bit dated. The bed frame was a big metal frame that stuck out so I had to be careful getting out of bed each time or I would have hurt myself. If it weren’t for the jacuzzi tub, this room would have been a complete waste of money. As it was, wasn’t worth what I paid expecting a pool.

A lot of upgrades and inconveniences like the pool maintenance at 10 am on a saturday when you have children. However the staff at the breakfast were lovely.

Breakfast was outstanding

We purposely stayed here for the hot tub and it was out of service. The front desk staff was on her second day and didn’t know the answer to any questions. There was no bedding or pillows for the pullout couch bed. The floors in the bathroom were disgusting. The pool was full of hair and a dirty bandaid. Coffee and juice tasted sour at breakfast. This stay was for a birthday and I am so disappointed at the amount of money we spent for one night to be miserable.

This was probably the worst stay I’ve had in 20 years or more. The property is under renovations which I could deal with. But it took 3 tries to get us to a room that had actually been cleaned and even then the floor was dirty. We had to ask for towels. The water pressure was a drizzle. The water faucets were backwards, hot was cold and visa versa. There was so much noise and fumes from the construction. It took about 60 seconds for channels to load and the sound wasn’t in sync with the picture. The air conditioner on 65 maybe got the room to 75. The lobby was set to 79 so you sweat to death. The elevators were filthy. Stains on the sheets. I could go on and on, will not return.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. They are in the process of remodeling but it will all be very nice once that is completed. Staff was friendly

I did not like the construction going on, I wish I knew about it before I booked. I also did not like the poor air ventilation, I feel like a Hepa filter was needed due to dust spores and possible visqueen barrier. OSHA regulations needed.

we made our reservation 2 months ahead through hotels.com I called the hotel 2 days prior to ensure it was all good. 3 hrs from home for a cheer competition 3,6, 8 yr old. and 3 adults. Desk first assumes our last name 20 minutes in I ask again if she needs reservation number. No, I said how do you know who we are. Well wrong name then finds ours. Now she says well I don’t have the rooms you need. She then takes 1/2 hr to find kings rooms with pull out couch. All luggage ready up we go no couch 7 people two room and only 2 beds. She calls hotel next to them. She said oh you can walk and they have rooms but we don’t. Now we walk there and they only have the one night not 2. It took us till 10:30 at night to find a hotel 40min away because everything was booked. I had 3 little ones who were excited about swimming and cheer now it was fast food and bed. I have never in my life had something like this after booking way ahead due to competition and knowing the hotels would book fast. They just said I can’t get ahold of my GM and there’s nothing I can do.

Nasty and dirty.

Everything was good except the A/C. It was soooooo hot everywhere in the building. Other than than it was good. Beds/pillows were super comfy.

They are doing renovations but not on the rooms yet. Old rooms. Mattress is on a metal platform and we'd hit it getting in and out of bed and it was like a gong! Super loud. Hotel was loud and not very clean. Not worth $200!!

The facility was not up to the standards we’ve come to expect at Hampton Inn. Missing items, disheveled and disorganized appearance. Our first night the fire alarm went off repeatedly all night (apparently something around the pool triggered the false alarm) so that we didn’t sleep the first night. We asked the desk if they would give us a discount off our rate but they said they couldn’t do anything—to contact Expedia.

We have stayed at this hotel for several years in a row when we go visit family and this hotel has gone way downhill. Hot tub is broken and people were vaping in the pool area, fire alarm went off at 1am, there was hair in the shower and on the toilet seat. The plug was broken in the sink, the shower head only put out water in parts of the head, and the lighting was not great. There was a duct tape threshold at the door, and the breakfast was not great. Overall, this was the worst stay at this hotel.

It is currently undergoing renovation. I am sure once completed, it will be just as good as other locations.

Under rehabilitation. Chair in room broken. Latch on door unscrewed. No shampoo. When pointed out to clerk, only shampoo deficiency corrected. Dining area is restoration in process. We should not pay for first class accommodation when facilities are incomplete or messy

The staff was very friendly. The whole place was in the middle of a renovation, and it showed. The drainage on the pool deck seemed to be clogged or otherwise not working. There was standing water all around the pool. The Culvers right next door was convenient. I never understand hotel room designs that have bathroom sinks outside of the bathroom itself, forcing people to do all of their bathroom sink/mirror needs in front of their roommates. Our fourth floor suite was like this. Whoever thought this layout was good for hotels, they are wrong. Overall, not bad for the cost.

This Hotel is going through renovations and yet it is very clean. The employees are very courteous and friendly.

The hallway was dirty until someone threatened to call the fire marshal. The pool was freezing, the hot tub was like warm at best. My family members room was filthy and another room had no way to change the temperature.

Hotel was being renovated. Some areas congested but it was understandable. Staff doing their best despite the conditions!

They were renovating the lobby upon check-in. The next morning it was cleaned up for breakfast. The new furniture looked very nice. The lobby / breakfast area is very beautiful. The pool was ICE COLD. You know it's too cold when the kids wouldn't even go in and stayed in the hot tub. The "hot" tub was luke-warm. The temp of the hot tub should have been the temp of the pool. The hot tub should have been much warmer. Very disappointed in the pool/spa. Breakfast was superb. The waffles were great! Overall, this is a nice place to stay. I would stay here again, but I would hope they'd get their pool/hot tub temps correct.

Friendly, helpful front desk staff and breakfast server. The hallway could’ve been vacuumed a bit better but everything else was very clean. Comfortable bed, quiet convenient location. Definitely would stay here again.

pillows coul;d have been better

Heat/air conditioner unit was leaking and floor was soaked. Others in our party had no towels in their room and one bed was not made up.

Property is not being maintained well. Multiple issues with our room. Would not recommend.

Nice hotel. Enjoyed the pool & hot tub!

Elevator smelled terrible. Room had stink bugs in it. They said breakfast was until 10AM, however they hot food was gone shortly after 9:30 AM and was not replenished. This included waffles, eggs, sausage, and bacon. Had to leave to get breakfast. When asked, the hotel staff informed us they were told not to put out any more food. 3 kids and 2 adults and no breakfast
