We stayed on the 10th floor with access to the premium lounge and it was a fantastic treat of extra meals, drinks and amenities.

The hotel is connected with a bus route that covers lots of scenic views and shopping malls.

Hotel was great~! Breakfast was No. 1 in Japan. Only thing you must consider is the location of hotel is very very far from the major tourist attractions. Traffic was so inconvenient. Please book your own rental car.

The accommodation was even cleaner than it felt in the photos. The sea was right in front, and I could hear the gentle sound of the waves, which made me feel at ease. The inexpensive breakfast was varied enough to be worth the money, and there was plenty of warmly prepared food. The only downside is that it is a bit far from the downtown area and places to see. However, this may be natural as it is a resort where you can enjoy a quiet beach. Besides, since I rented a car to get around, it wasn't an inconvenience. It is inconvenient to get around Okinawa by public transportation or taxi, so it is safe to say that renting a car is essential. Therefore, it can be said that the shortcomings of the accommodation are covered. The hotel parking fee is 550 yen per day.

Wonderful indoor and outdoor swimming pools. There are just few facilities for kids. The fitness gym was closed, too.

The room is clean and comfy. The location of the hotel might not be convenient for tourists, especially for those who do not drive there, but that is why it feels very relaxed staying in the hotel. There is a bus stop at the front door of the hotel, where tourists can take the bus to the outlet, Umikaji Terrace, airport and railway station. The hotel has a store that provides souvenirs, snacks, drinks, clothing etc., so it is fine for not having convenient stores in the neighbourhood.

Highly recommend hotel if you are driving a car with you. Great breakfast, large room with harbor view.

For the cost, I guess what can I expect?? We felt bait N switched. Online mentioned "ocean view", and showed an ocean outside the window.... but didn't mention the industrial equipment everywhere in this "ocean view". lol There was nothing nearby the hotel...and to drive to get to places to eat, there was a lot of traffic......where you sit at a light for at least 3 revolutions before you get to cross. For this type of inconvenience, you would think that they would have a small convenience store within the hotel grounds for necessities and popular snacks. .....this would be especially important after 9pm. Good news is they have a year-round indoor pool that is heated. Also a jacuzzi. The buffet lunch was also tasty.

One of the staff was unhappy, because we hadn't choose to upgrade our room. I think it is not the fault from this staff, it should be the instruction from the hotel itself. So... my suggestion is : no need to upgrade your room!!

The breakfast buffet is very good with lots of choices of different kind of food. The room is neat and tidy.

needed to call front desk to clean the room everyday. otherwise, they just changed the amenities.

I loved everything about this hotel!! However, location is not the best with regard to sightseeing. It IS right on the water, though!
