It’s been over 7 years since I stayed there last… the room finishes hasn’t aged well but still a nice spacious room knowing the hotel is over 10 years old

Two bedroom Suite has two bathrooms. The suite is very spacious and has very high ceiling. It was quite a comfortable stay. The hotpot dinner included in the package was very good. All service personnel were excellent. Sadly, temperature of the room could not be adjusted even though control panel of the ventilation system appeared to be adjustable. The ventilation system made the room very hot at night, but very cold around sunrise.

特にタバコの臭いがひどいです。

特別是煙味特別難聞。
推薦其他酒店。
La salle de séjour et l'odeur sont les pires.
L'odeur du tabac est particulièrement horrible.

Location is good, a lot of food and beverage outlets nearby, next to shopping mall with children facility and shops, suitable for family vacation, nice environment with entertainment surround, good for relaxation. But the restaurant is not big for breakfast, with limit food variety buffet. Swimming pool is not very attractive. The room is very good view and big size, it is ideal place with children, if provide a king size bed will be perfect for normal suit. Overall is acceptable. Close to the Shenzhen bay custom border.

The swimming pool was small. The hotel is definitely overpriced. The hotel staff was impolite. The service was poor. However, the location is good, it's very close to the big shopping mall. In general, it was a very disappointing stay.

This property is very nice. We will stay there again.

Close to Shen Shen Bay, just about 10 mins taxi. One room suite is huge and everything is clean. Good view even with city view. Swimming pool and gym are good enough. Children play room is a bit compact.

Very big room with full amenities and kitchenette. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free breakfast are good enough for me. But direction and signage could be improved. Will definitely come back again.

Huge room, but kind of empty and worn. provided with kitchenware but nothing to clean it. It was about 10-15 mins walk from mtr, and above a shopping mall.

Nice but not convenient for international traveler. Hard to find for local cab driver. No late night eating.

Nice clean apartments. More apartment then hotel. In a nice shopping mall with lots of bars and places to eat.

Love the excellent view, huge space, the kitchenette and washer/dryer. The facility is in excellent condition, great sanctuary away from home!
