I asked for help calling a taxi to go to the railroad station but they wouldn’t because it was too close. Maybe that is a taxi policy and not their fault, but I explained that my suitcase wheel had broken off and it was pouring rain. They could have been more helpful and try to find a solution with me.

The hotel must vacuum the floor because there are lots of hairs and dusts. Should look at the phone and then you will be able to find balls of dust.

Once we figured it out, it was easy to get to. Google maps was a bit of a challenge. At Seoul station- There is a walking skyway if you walk through Lotteria grocery store that will take you over the traffic and get you there in 10 min.. it is safe and beautiful! If you go out of Seoul and walk down the steps you will have a bit of culture shock with a small tent city and some daytime drinkers- you have to walk past construction. Find the little police station and take the elevator up or the spiral stairs- it will get you to the skywalk. The hotel was fast and safe and the bar/restaurant has the best Korean chicken! The room could use a good dusting but was perfect for a family of 3.

Really good experience in the Hotel Manu, good customer service, excellent cleaning. Always a pleasure staying inside the hotel when its really hot outside. You have a lot of options if you like to use different subways. Nice view when you are walking on the seoullo bridge to go in or out from the Hotel. Really quiet and safe place during the night.

10 mins walk from Seoul KTX station. Accessible from overhead link bridge from old railway station or underground exit 4 from Seoul subway line. Walkable to Nandaemun and Myeongdong street.

Walking distance to Seoul Station, very convenient. Price is reasonable with decent breakfast. The room is exceptionally big with 3 beds in a family room.

The hotel staff are so nice and helpful! The breakfast provided is good as well. The location is great as it is near the subway (lines 1 and 4) and the Seoul train station. The room is clean and the surrounding environment is quiet.

The location is great and the facilities were okay, almost good. The room was comfortable. However, the hotel is a bit old and often it felt like the staff were just staring at screens when you walked in. There were also some empty water bottles under the bed (probably worth cleaning there too)

It is easy to get to the hotel from Seoul Station, walking distance in about 10 minutes. From KTX or Airport train, go to the subway platform level, find exit #7 on the subway level dan take the elevator before you see the stair (follow the sign "SOULLO"). The elevator will take you to 2nd level which is called SOULLO (overpass bridge with garden). Follow the SOULLO to the right and the Hotel Lobby will be on your left.

Very good location 10 minutes walk from the Seoul Station, nice surroundings with many food options. Hotel a bit worn, bathroom could be updated. Good insulation from street noise.

It was the fourth or fifth stay at Hotel Manu. Love the location and appreciate the efficient staff and housekeeping crew who made us feel so welcomed when we greet each other

The location is very good. We can walk to Seoul station, Nandemon and Myondong.

Close walk from Seoul station and subway. The room was tiny with tired linen. Breakfast was not outstanding… staff showed little enthusiasm or interest in me as a customer….

Overall, the location was good as it is near the Seoul Station via a footbridge. However, the hotel needs to be remodeled especially the carpeting and the lobby area (old leather sofa).

Great location! Short walk from Seoul station and close to many tourist attractions. Appreciated the free bottled water. Good good and beer in the restaurant.

They were building another high rise next door which made it very noisy. And with the hotel for some reason not allowing the use of A/C we had to keep the window open to be comfortable. Two days before checking out A/C was enabled so not sure why we were told it was only a heater when we checked in.

Did the job. Beds were comfortable. Water in the fridge. Reception open until late.

The receptionist wasn’t friendly.

Hotel is located near Namdaemun Market, Seoul Station & Hoehyeon station. Personally prefer to travel via Hoehyeon station as it is nearer, Seoul station is huge and it's further away compared to Hoehyeon IMO. Exit 7 of Seoul station have some homeless and quite be a bit uncomfortable when walking by. Hotel seems to be located in the middle of CBD area. Seoulista cafe located inside the Hotel has quite a huge crowd during dinner time, great beer choices. Bed is not very comfortable and pillow is a bit too soft and low.

This hotel is located, facing walking distance to Seoul Station, which is a major subway, train and bus station. It’s very convenient to go anywhere in Seoul. Also 5 minutes walk to Nandamong market, 15 minutes walking to Myeondong. Staffs are very nice, but hotel is a little dated.

Hotel location is great, Seoul Station and Hoehyeon close by. Due to some reviews I was expecting the room to be small, but it wasn't that bad, my mom is traveling with me and we stayed at the standard two beds room for six nights, it was comfortable enough for us. We paid for breakfast, and it was really good, but it was the same dish every morning. I would definitly stay here again, I would just not pay the extra for the breakfast. Overall, I liked the hotel and amenities.

Staff were friendly and quick during check in. The rooms were in older condition, but it did its job. We stayed for a night before moving to our next destination. Close to Seoul station which was very convenient!

Hotel Manu is about 10 mins walk away from Seoul station. we had trouble finding it at first. there was a reviewer who said that it is linked to the station by a bridge and that is true but it is not a short walk. it is outdoor. but we grew to love the bridge, called Seouljo. it's like a garden on a bridge, with many trees along it. it's beautiful. so while it takes about 10 mins (with luggage maybe more than 10), it's very pleasant to walk on that bridge. BUT, Hotel Manu is very close to Namdaemun market which is great. I get my breakfast there during our stay. and Hoehyeon station exit 5 is right at Namdaemun, which means the hotel is very close to Hoehyeon station, just not Seoul Station. the room is a very decent size, clean, comfortable. on our first night as we arrived late at night, we had beer and chicken at a restaurant located at the hotel called Soulista and it was very good. I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Manu. on
