Room was warm. Plenty of hot water. Good parking. Wi-Fi was fast. The owner was great and the breakfast filling and delicious. Overall a great stay and recommended. Only negative (and a super frustrating and inconvenient negative) was the hotels.com website had charged us prior to our stay but the office clerk tried to charge us again. Only after trawling through 6 months of my credit card statements was I able to convince Him that I had already paid.

Had a great stay. The host is very friendly, from the region, and very knowledgeable. Gave us great advice on places to go and we had wonderful conversations over coffee. Would definitely go back!

Quinta Adela is located at 6 mins away from the main street of San Pedro de Atacama. The owner Jose Miguel was absent when I was checked in and I was little desperated because I wanted to ask him about the tours. But fortunately, there was a man who introduced us a tour company and the woman who could speak English helped us a lot to make us comfortable. Other staff were all kind too. Quinta Adela is not luxurious hotel but you can get everything you need (new towel, glasses, hot water etc. )if you request it. The only downside was I couldn't make a payment in dollars with credit card because their machine only accepts Peso. So our room rate was finally very expensive like 120 US dollars per night if I convert Peso to Yen...But if you pay in cash, you can use US dollars without any problem. Anyway I highly recommend Quinta Adela as a comfortable place to stay in San Pedro. Thank you José Miguel and Quinta Adela staff for your kindness:)

Assistant manager was wonderful; she had lived in the U.S. and her English was excellent, very helpful. Good basic breakfast. Quiet and safe setting. Very clean rooms and large bathroom. Only a few blocks from the busy commercial street. No fan or AC. WiFi was intermittent, but apparently that was a city-wide problem during my visit. Ask about a hot air balloon ride by late 2017.

It was a pleasure staying here. The family owners are absolutely lovely and make the stay fabulous. The place had hot showers, strong wifi, fabulous breaky and nice areas to chill in plus it was walking distance from all the good places to see. I highly recommend it.

Very comfortable stay at the Quinta Adela Hostel. It is is exactly as it says - simple, comfortable and clean. Basic facilities, but exactly what you would expect (it may seem expensive for what you get, but this is the going rate for a hostel in San Pedro. The location was perfect -very quiet and only a 7 minute walk from the Main Street. Jose was a very friendly and helpful host. Breakfast was simple, but perfectly adequate. The room was a good size, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean, good shower and plenty of hot water. Wifi worked well in the room and in the common areas. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would recommend Quinta Adela.

Suspect this hotel is on a par with many in San Pedro de Atacama. Main problem was erratic hot water supply - including non-existent at times. Location is not bad. Room was clean, and breakfast was OK. Manager was helpful with transport arrangements.

Jose is a great, helpful host who can book tours, transfers if you wish. Very clean & comfortable room, great show and bed. Nice breakfast. In a quiet area about 6 minutes from the main drag. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay just 5 minutes from the main street. Very comfortable apartment with good bed and shower etc. Wifi, TV, good breakfast. Thanks to Jose for making us so welcome. Highly recommended.

I thought it was expensive for the price but it seems all San Pedro accommodation is.

It was expensive but the owner was a very nice guy and really cared about his guests. He kept the personal touch and made our stay great. Charged us extra for the excursions but for the personal touch not too bad.

When we arrived, late at night, the owner was there to greet us with open arms, felt like a homecoming. During the 4 days we stayed there, the owner helped us to pick the best tours, organized everything, made sure we had the best time ever. Breakfast in the morning was great, and at night there was the option as well to enjoy the hostal menu, which was nice and very reasonable priced. After 4 months of traveling in south America, hotels and hostals in every price range, this is our number one place to stay!!
