Nice and very convenient hotel

The receptionist girls have very very poor customer service, from the moment we were welcomed the girl kept raising her voice and speaking with an attitude. When I checked out the girl kept screaming at me “sign ! Sign!” In very broken english so I was confused and when I finally understood what she said she gave me an attitude. The staff here is quite the worst I have ever experienced in my life and I have traveled to over 10 countries a d stayed at 50 hotels in my life. I’ve had better experiences staying at cabins in the woods. When we asked for more towels they never gave it to us even though we came down several times. I think the receptionists should be retrained

The hotel has a bit of age to it, but the rooms have been renovated and are clean. Hotel stuff were kind.

I thought it was a great property. Great location, great value with breakfast. House keeping was excellent. Just switched out towels and you get two water bottles a day. Only down side is there was chain smokers next door and they kept their room door open so it flooded the hall and my room. Other than that fantastic. Pool on the roof. 7/11 around the block and I used Katy laundry service a couple blocks away. Drop off in early morning and pick up that evening. The hotel had laundry service too but I didn't inquire.

Flipper House Hotel was very clean and tidy. We asked for a room up the back to get away from the street noise, which we got. Breakfast did not change much from day to day, was nothing fancy but good. Our room was basic, was missing some things like a cupboard or a light near the bed. We liked the bathroom, it was spacious and you did not have to step up into the shower. The street outside is very narrow and full of bars and not much else. Also had ABC Australia on the TV, which we liked. Overall, Flipper House Hotel was good for a 3 star hotel, although we did not like the surrounding area.

Everything was ok except the house keeper she seems angry after we mention about the extra bed that they didn’t add to the room and when check out time make to check all of the drinks in the room before left because there were some drink in the room that isn’t free so when we left for check out I already checked all the water they all good but when they told the house keeper lady (the same one that upset on us) to go check everything and they said that we open a bottle water so they gone charged us for that I was tell the reception that I already checked before we left the house keeper said that the water was open she might do that on purpose or could be that

Very good stay

Me and my family stayed at Flipper Hotel for a night. It wasn't something that we expected. The person who checked us in wasn't so friendly and approachable. We booked 2 rooms, one of the rooms that we stayes to has an awful smell. It seems that the smell was coming from the bathroom. Since we are only going to stay for one night we just ignored and waites for the morning to come. Another thing was that we also approached the taxi personnel and asked about the price for the drop off from Pattaya to Bangkok the next day, we were told that the price was 1000 Baht, I even gave him the name of the hotel that we will be staying in Bangkok and still the price was the same. I asked him if I can book it right away to which he said that I can just approach him the next morning. Morning came and I approached the same desk and I told the guy that I need to book a transportation and then he gave me 1800 so I told him that the other guy from last night told me that its 1000 Baht, but he insist that they cant give me that price. Like why would I say thag its 1000 if they did not say so last night? I was not happy about it so we just push through with our Coral Island tour. After the tour we went back to the hotel and my niece talked to the same person who gave us 1000 Baht rate and complained about the change on the rate but the guy said that he never said 1000Baht instead its 1900. So with all this, it seems that there is always a change on prices which is not supposed to be.

Flipper house was a great value to stay at in Pattaya! It has a great massage place connected to it also that you can pay and have them come to your room. Its about 25 min walk to Walking Street and 12 mon to Soi 6. All kinds of bars and restaurants and markets inbetween. Room was clean, spacious, decent shower and ok since they pulled 2 twin beds together to make it bigger. But for price and location it was good, not great, but great value.

Bed was like concrete and shower drain was blocked, disgusting.

I arrived at 1.30 to be told that my room wasn’t ready and to wait until 2pm. Come 2.05pm I head back to reception, to be told it still wasnt ready. Obviously I wasn’t best pleased after they made me wait and knew I was waiting to check in, and then 2 minutes later after making a fuss my room was miraculously ready. Bad form. The TV did not work, it was a smart tv which couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi, I called the bellboy who connected it but as soon as he left the tv lost connection again. I gave up trying again and used my spare mobile for YouTube/music. The shower pressure was terrible, really bad, it was a slow drizzle, I only stayed for 3 days and couldn’t wait to leave. I didn’t try the breakfast so cannot comment, the air con was fairly good, the toilet was small and dark, the bellboys were friendly but front off house (reception) seemed miserable and didn’t enjoy the job. I would never stay here again. Value for money, no. Go elsewhere.

I spend my three week holiday in Flipper House Hotel again and I liked it.People in the hotel are friendly.Reception,doorman and cleaners are nice people.Breakfast was also ok.I lived in deluxe room and I had a terrace where I relaxed and smoked sometimes😀

We enjoyed our return stay. Location is great, walking distance 5mins to food, drink and beach. Clean hotel and room. Good breakfast buffet with several hot choices, eggs, fruit, salad, juices, coffee and thai food items. Friendly very helpful staff, thank you

Breakfast was good for the price, only issue was in room I had air conditioner wasnt as strong as in friends room bar that comfortable and nice budget hotel
