Really great place to stay! Diane and Ian were both so lovely - very friendly, good at recommending stuff in the local area. The property was clean and had everything you needed. They cooked a terrific breakfast in the morning too! Would highly recommend and stay again if in the area

Myself and friends arrived very late yet they were very pleasant and accommodating. Everything was very clean. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The couple running this property were very warm and welcoming. The location of the property is also very central and close to restaurants. The rooms are properly maintained and breakfast is an absolute delight. This is a very nice place to stay when in Shaftesbury

We had booked for 7 nights but it became apparent very quickly that, because of my husband's health issues, the room we had was not suitable and so we left after two nights. The room was small. Fine for a short stay but nowhere to sit (apart from the bed) and no wardrobe. The owners were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with every attention to our needs and wishes. The situation is handy if you want to be near a main road network and close to a roundabout. The fast food outlets and petrol station over the road convenient if that's what you need but not a pleasant situation.

Diane & Ian were very welcoming, a great couple. They always had time for their guests and to have a chat. The accommodation was welcoming, homely, and very comfortable. We stayed 4 nights, and had a wonderful full English breaky 4 mornings, food was great and plentiful. Evening meals available if required and pre-booked, but we ate out as travelling around and visiting family. Parking, WiFi and Breaky included. I cant fault Holbrooks B&B, wish we could have stayed longer, but our travels would not permit, the rest of the UK was calling us! Location was good for us, travelling to Salisbury, Poole, Yeovil etc., very narrow streets as always in this part of the world.

Very enjoyable stay easy to find and close to the town. Room as good as any b&b we have stayed in with excellent breakfast, the couple running the b&b very helpful.

Had a nice few days here,unfortunately my circumstances for the stay weren't good but the lovely disposition of the owners helped.would like to return under better circumstances!
