Staff were extremely rude & unprofessional with guests over very minor miscommunications. The place was very dirty & run down. Bathrooms are in need of a major over haul. Cracked glass, cracked tiles, broken hair dryer & an open vent from the bathroom into the bedroom. Yes it’s cheap but it’s not worth it even for the money also there is no parking at this place.

The Hotel had very reasonable rates and the beds were very comfy. The sheet that I laid on was a little worn and uncomfortable, but I just used a comforter to put under me and then another comforter to put on top of me so I didn’t have an issue with that. The floor was peeling in a few spots but overall I would DEFINITELY Recommend the NYAH because of the Price, Amenities, Overall niceness of the hotel and the LOCATION to Duval Street. The pool was heated and very clean. They also had a hot tub which we didn’t use so cannot comment on that. The hotel is approximately 4-5 blocks from Duval street which was nice. Once we parked by the hotel we didn’t want to give up our spot so we walked to Duval Street….which we would have done anyway because we wanted to have a few drinks.😳

Everything was excellent except the water pressure in the shower.

Customer service at arrival at front desk was terrible.After 8 hrs off driving the less we expected was a nice treat. But make our arrival terrible..The employees at day time at front desk was nice but first day arriving was terrible and first impression is what matters

There are mixed reviews about this property and they are right both ways. It has all the features what they are showing in photos. Problem is that it is a very old building. Very tight spaces. Becomes scary at nights. No one at the front desk. Shady people walking in the property. If you call front desk, the option they give in the voice mail is to call 911🤔 we cancelled our second night and moved to other hotel. This was like a typical horror movie setup at night. Not for the family for sure. Pay little extra..go somewhere else..I have requested refund for the second night. They are saying property fees will be refunded not the room fee. I should have checked room before going in. There's a next door breakfast restaurant. Bike rentals at $20 per day. Quite middle of residential neighbourhood. July is not so busy month in Key west. Don't know why expedia was showing very few available options and very high prices elsewhere..Everywhere rooms are available. Personal opinion if you are with family do not select this hotel.

The room was terrible it was for a very tiny person, you could not even hang a dress without touching the floor. Very uncomfortable and tiny we were 4 people and could not even move inside.

I loved my stay!! I had a blast! The office entry was beautiful, really modern and elegant. When you walk in the back you are hit with multiple White House’s and pools!! The room was clean and beds! The only issue I had was the AC in the room… it took forever to get cold. Fan says high and it felt forever.

Maybe it was only our room, but we saw the room was VERY dirty with mold already starting to grow in some areas. Brown stains were found on some of the walls. Mold was growing on the curtains and front door. The tv was small and janky. Beds were not clean either as I found dried blood stains on the white comforters and saw that the floors were not clean at all. Staff were nice the few times we interacted. Breakfast was ok. The area is really nice and walkable but there is no parking lot you have to pray and find public parking. Also the area had nice pools and amenities, but the room was not it 3/10

Legit hole in or floor covered by a nailed down rug. Dirty linens on the beds. Floor broken and peeling up. Wouldn’t recommend.

I didn’t like that there was no parking, the mattresses were terrible and the floor was uneven and the shower leaked all on the floor.

The hot tub and pool area in the center of the buildings was so convenient and relaxing!

If you're solo and just need a place to crash , this is fits the bill . Don't expect the bells and whistles of a resort . I stayed at the shared room with bunk beds . The room was tiny , you can't comfortably be getting ready at the same time due to the limited floor space . If you have a lot of luggage , you'll have to leave your stuff out as the locker won't be able to accommodate all of it , it's like the size of a bigger school locker . The general area is decent but our deck looks like it hasn't been attended much , dusty , cob webs ... they could also use a stronger a.c. for the room , came in May and it's hot . More towels would be nice , they cleaned up the room after the weekend and took all towels without replacing them, they only provide 1 each guest . The free breakfast was nice to have if you need to have one before you start your day. A jug with ice water would've been nice to offer to guests specially on hot season . You have to buy bottled water from the front desk . This is an adults only hotel so that was also nice to not have screaming kids everywhere!

The staff was very pleasant and helpful making up for the lack of maintenance and quality of facility. Our room had a hole in the floor that was covered by a rug with screws into the surrounding floor. The laminate flooring was in bad shape and the feel is more like an upgraded hostel and for the high cost, was quite disappointing. The location is very convenient to many priority locations in Old Town and very walkable. Parking is very limited and street parking only.

Would definitely stay here again. Room could use a little cosmetic help but it was clean and fine for us. Super close to harbor, friendly staff and great common areas.

I was on a motorcycle ride with 3 friends and this was a perfect place to spend the night after a long ride. Breakfast was good and the pool was wonderful.

Love the design of this place! Our room was so spacious. The property is beautiful and comfortable. Only thing I would recommend is installing a better mirror in or near the restroom in our private room.

The staff was so kind and helpful! The place was delightful. Clean. So enjoyed everything.
